It will be interesting to see how many Left wing blogs pass that along. I mean shown to an empty theater leaving out the midnight show on a Thursday that was never advertised.

As I stated on another thread: in CO they only published a 7:15 show which, yes was sold out. When in fact they also ran a 4:20 show, guess what? No one showed.

You can’t expect people to attend a showing that is unpublished. MSM please correct yourselves.

Not if you speed!!!

The closest showings to we Virginians is Georgia. The AMC theaters in NoVA aren’t showing it this week, sadly.

The "empty theater" showing was at 12:01 A. M.!! And it was playing next to Harry Potter.

That said, if you're only going to release a film nationally to ten theaters, you damn well better ensure that they are packed, because at that rate, it would take you a decade to get back your $1m production and $1m P&A budget. What was "Atlas Shrugged," in 600 or so?

“In short, no matter how well ‘The Undefeated’ does, in the MSM, the fix is in and it will be termed a ‘flop’”

Since the advent of computerized ticket sales and the internet, it’s impossible to lie about box office numbers as studios used to do.

If “The Undefeated” does well, there will be no way to disguise its success. AMC, the theater chain showing the film, is a publicly traded company — they can’t lie about ticket sales w/o getting in big trouble. And why should they? They’re in it to make money.

And the distributor will broadcast the returns far and wide if the film does well.

The little stunt the lefty MSM pulled in Orange County — gloating over an empty screening at 12:01 a.m. — will only work once.

They lie no matter what. Sold Out is pretty hard to refute but they will anyway and her book tour was above and beyond. I’m so not interested in what they left says - they lie - even w/lies of omission - that’s who they are.

In fact, this is the reason for the movie to being with - their LIES!

“The Undefeated” will add theaters if it does well in its limited release.

AMC is the second largest theater chain. If “The Undefeated” is a hit, they’ll have “The Undefeated” on hundreds more screens overnight.

Yes; there’s a DVD. My sister is waiting for hers. As I understand it, it’ll be free to people who have contributed a certain amount to one of Sarah’s groups — Sarah PAC, maybe. Then, I expect they’ll be for sale at some point in time.

I just had breakfast with my high school friend who now lives in Milwaukee who was in town. She asked who I liked for President and I said Bachmann or Sarah Palin. She said Bachmann was okay but Palin was a nut. By the time I was done talking to her, she had a new-found respect for Palin and said she will definately look into Palin. I told her she listens to too much msm. And I told her to read Palin’s first book and see The Undefeated.

The target audience for this film is sleeping at midnight, and (mostly) working during the day. That’s why the shows from 5-10pm have been selling out.

Nobody who has to work the next day goes to a Thursday night midnite show.

The plan by AMC is that if 1200 seats are sold at each theatre this week, that it will release in 1000 theatres. Seems like they are almost half way there already.

Since the midnight showing wasn't listed, I wonder how the journolist who showed up in the "empty theater", found out about it.

Seems fishy.

Please vote and comment on this documentary on imdb.com

If you’re not registered, you will have to do so in order to comment or post.

As usual, the comments are nothing but “Palin is stupid”

These people are incapable of political debate, so they play the race card, class warfare, and name-calling.

I’ve already posted several rebuttals to these intellectually lazy people.

Let’s set them straight.

Just saw it at the Block in Orange with hubby and daughter. For 1:10 showing pretty good turnout over 85% seats filled.
People there said that last night’s showing had an after party at the El Torito. Great documentary of a great American, Sarah Palin. After watching this I know now that ... yes she is running!!!!
