Upon evaluation I will decide whether you will be needed to discuss the fine points of your plan, which may be better handled by sworn testimony in front of a budget subcommittee rather than a speech before a joint session of Congress.

Boehner has every reason to turn him down. He should stick by the republican candidates and defer to their night. obama could do his dog and pony show the day before or the day after.

Since you have already hacked into TOTUS to see what has been entered, maybe you can “improve” it slightly for the speech. I would love to see him start out with “I am the very model of a modern marxist radical...”
