No telepromter, some notes. She’s in the game.IMO
Superb analysis.
The mainstream media refuses to acknowledge the existence of O4P and instead chooses to advance the narrative that Palin has no troops on the ground.
Third Party? The Get Along Party isn’t likely to welcome her with open arms and if Perry falters, as is most likely, given his burst to fame in a short time, Romney will be the nominee.
Having said that, I really like this breakdown of her speech.
I have to give her credit for having the stones to admit that our system of capitalism has become thoroughly corrupt. Capitalism is fine and wonderful until politicians can be bought on the free market.
Looks like she’s spent a lot of time since 2008 really studying the issues.
Fantastic work by Lee, who’s one of the bright young stars in political analysis.
I like Sarah, but all this drama on whether she's running or not is BS. It's time she either sh*t or get off the pot.
It is also obvious that Palin is not going to run the conventional campaign that we have become used to. It amuses me to see how so many otherwise intelligent people have become slaves to the "conventional wisdom" that the mainstream liberal media have imposed upon us.
"It's too late" the naysayers bray, "She can't win," blah, blah, blah.
Meanwhile those same folks tell us we need to ditch our Sarah Palin dreams and get behind some other blow-dried empty suit of a politician. Even though we are still months away from the first primary and well over a year away from the 2012 election, they are telling us we need to put aside our conservative principles so we can get behind a "winner" today.
This is the same attitude that gave us disastrous nominations like John McCain, Bob Dole and Jerry Ford. This is the attitude that says it is better to go with the establishment than to take our chances on a maverick who actually shares our values and can make a true difference.
Well I'm not ready to get behind Mitt Romney in cowboy boots right now. We have a chance to nominate a true patriot like Sarah Palin and anybody who is a true conservative should feel the same way.
Then former Governor Ronald Reagan announced his candidacy for the 1980 nomination on November 13, 1979.
I am not pealing the “Sarah 2012” bumper stickers off of my vehicles just yet!
that is supposed to be “peeling” for all of you word checkers out there.
Sarah ate their lunch, they’re ALL licking their wounds this morning...and damning C-Span for showing it. ROFL
It’s a great day to be an American!
>> Palin cast herself squarely as the anti-McCain.
This is a curious statement. She ENDORSED him for office just last year.
Actions speak louder than words.
HHHAAA - good thing you busted yourself before someone else did!
This was an great article!

Yup, she’s ready. And I guarantee she wrote most if not all of that speech given the style of her other writings. Jack Cashill should do an analysis.
As someone who writes a lot, I am very impressed. Her head is tied on straight.
Too bad she didn’t do that for his senate reelection bid. Just think we may have been able to retire the old fart had she not endorsed him.
