Well, about a third of Queens precincts are in, and Turner holds a slim lead ther. Brooklyn keeps coming in overwhelmingly Turner. So far, it looks like it will be a good night for Turner.

I am praying so hard for Mr. Turner to win!!! The Nevada race is in the bag big time. Knew it would be before today. Nevada will not go for Obama in 2012!!! If Turner wins tonight, or comes very close, regardless of the media spin, POTUS Obama is officially a lame duck POTUS!!! I would suggest that the Democrat Party take a good hard look at Mr. Obama and then forcefully tell and urge him to hand in his resignation immediately. If the Democrat Party does not force Obama to resign, they will all go down with him to massive political defeat, come November, 2012. I haven't followed what Turner has been saying, but people are just going to have to face the fact that the kind of conservative Republicans we like just can't compete in some districts throughout the country. Had he been a real conservative, he probably wouldn't have gotten the endorsements he needed from people like Koch to even keep this competitive. A win in a race like this helps develop the narrative that Obama is an anvil around the necks of Democrats and loser on the campaign trail. What Turner does during his short time in office is almost irrelevant.

He wants to repeal Dodd-Frank and Obamacare, wants to cut capital gains and dividends taxes, opposes the DREAM Act and amnesty, and supports Israel.
There's no way you can get more conservative and still be a viable candidate in this district.
