Perry's adrenaline-packed new ad

“PROVEN LEADERSHIP” – PERRY’S NEW AD: Rick Perry’s campaign is launching an epic new bio spot today. The first 40 seconds attack “PRESIDENT ZERO,” juxtaposing eerie images of national stagnation with footage of Barack Obama taking responsibility for the economy. A tornado siren playing over the president’s voice creates a palpable sense of alarm. The last minute of the web ad introduces Perry as a job creator and veteran who believes America’s best days are ahead, rotating sunny images of the country at its best with footage from the Texas governor’s announcement speech. Lucas Baiano, who produced the spot, has signed on with Perry after working for Tim Pawlenty. Watch it: HERE.

Slick Willard and Captain Gardasil are two peas in a pod. And neither voted for Reagan.

And yet, he is right. Your actions speak louder than these words.

The result of first degree Perry Murder is Mitt

Anyone that can’t come up with effective ads against Obama is just plain too stupid to run.

Speaking of announcement speeches, Texas governor says 'No' to presidential run . If he doesn't keep his word in the past how are we to believe he will in the future?

Lol Watch out for endless prating about tuition breaks for illegals and no border fence along 1200 miles of mostly private land.

There are no tuition breaks for illegals. It’s a case of, if you attend a TX high school for three years and if you graduate and want to attend college, you will be charged in state tuition, you will not be investigated as a possible illegal because you have an hispanic last name.

In Texas we have millions of Hispanics whose families have been here for generations. They don’t even know when anybody came from somewhere else to Texas, their family here goes back so far into the dim mists of record or memory. They join the military in droves and have died in all of our wars. They are dying today in Afghanistan. But no, they won’t trigger an automatic investigation into them if they try to enroll in college after high school. Perish the thought, how terrible of RINO Texas. This law passed both Texas legislative bodies with almost zero opposition.

But that is what you will get, along with feigned horror that we aren’t trying to get land from its rightful owners over a one thousand two hundred mile border to build a continuous fence.

Are you some sort of a nut, Bert ? Nobody on this website opposed the candidacy of that scumbag Slick Willard more than I, and you can go look it up. You present the same false set of choices that you’ve concocted either in your own mind or more likely from the Perrybot talking points schtick. BOTH of them are offensive and non-starters. Just because you’re willing to settle for one open-borders RINO and liar over another doesn’t mean the rest of us are. Go sell that Kool-Aid somewhere else.

Come on now, you can do better than that. If we disqualified everyone who said they weren’t running for President when they run for President, we’d NEVER have a President.

I suspect that 100% of the folks who have ever run for President have said they are NOT running for President within months of their running for President. (excluding fringe perpetual candidates like Nader and so on...)

To 6 - Are Palin, Limbaugh, Levinu; Inhofe lying when they attest to Perry’s conservative bona fides?

Some people have a negative personality, sometimes called a "Masochistic Personality Disorder", where defeat and loss is the only goal so they, often without reason, will tear down anything and everything no matter if it is good, bad or benign. Markers include this habit of aggressive provocative conduct - in this case, constantly sniping and deliberately antagonizing.

If you understand the symptoms and the underlying cause, then you can decide whether to ignore or enable continued antisocial behavior from them.

Yet Perry opposed Reagan absolutely, never voting for him for President. A flipflopping phony opportunist.

To me, this entire ad was copying Ronald Reagan--almost word for word in some phrases.

I remember Ronald Reagan. Rick Perry is no Ronald Reagan.

If Perry gets the nomination, he will get my vote (anybody but obammy)--but he's certainly not my first choice.

and Never Quit

That probably is not the best argument for Rick Perry. He ran his last governors election based upon the premise he would not run for president and would finish his term as governor.

Your post 19 was removed, as you presented it as fact and, when pressed to provide a link, simply pointed to another thread where you stated it as an opinion. If you can point to independent factual verification of what you presented in 19, I will restore it.

Come on now, you can do better than that.

There are more than a few red flags for Governor Perry. They have been discussed at length on this forum. Each will have to make up their own mind. I'm still waiting on one to make up her mind.

There may be red flags, but that ain’t one of them — which was my only point.

Yeah you've done the "Mr. Behar" thing before. I think for posterity I'll quote again from your cowardice:

From #28 to fieldmarshaldj:

"jla makes a good point. Either Rick Perry is a conservative or Sarah Palin is a liar. Which is it?"

From #34 fieldmarshaldj's cowardly and nonsensical answer:

"No and No"

I swear, if that were not so pathetic and cowardly a response it would truly be funny.
