It is a work visa, not amnesty. Country’s the world over issue them.

It's work visas for the millions and millions of illegal aliens who've come into this nation illegally since the Simpson-Mazzoli amnesty of 1986.

And, NO, countries do not do that the world over.

They said the same thing about illegals getting drivers licenses. There would be a system to track them and ID them.Someone has to explain this one: precisely how is an illegal alien driving in Manassas on a suspended license?

A Manassas man faces DUI charges after police said they stopped his car for a traffic infraction in Manassas on Saturday afternoon.

Officers pulled over Guillermo Galicia in the area of Byrd Drive and Beech Place, in the Georgetown South neighborhood, at 3:10 p.m. and reportedly determined that he was driving while intoxicated, Manassas police Sgt. Eddie Rivera said.

Galicia, 34, of 9423 Taney Road, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while suspended and was cited for no use of seatbelts with a juvenile, Rivera said.

He is being held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center and will be turned over to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers after criminal proceedings are complete, police said.

Perry Claims He Can Secure Border in One Year as President

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2802011/posts

“As the president of the United States, I am against the DREAM Act. I will shut that border down because I have had to deal with it for 10 years. I understand. I am putting Texas Rangers and National Guard, I am putting Texas citizens on the line over there, they are being fired at. Thank God none of them have been killed yet. But the fact is, I know how to secure that border. When I am the president, that border will be secure. And these issues that we have been forced to deal with as governors, will start being alleviated. And then we can have a decent, a thoughtful and economically focused conversation about immigration policy.

HANNITY: So you think you could secure the border in what period of time if you’re president?

PERRY: I think you can do it within a year. I mean, seriously, within a year”

Palin was going to give them amnesty, Perry is only for work visas, without a path to citizenship.

Maybe you need to read the excerpt again, to let it sink in.

Not in the millions and not without tightly controlled restrictions. Perry has just promised a free pass to citizenship to lawbreakers that shouldn't be here in the first place. To HELL with that.

Stop bashing Sarah Palin a true conservative. Perry is a liberal....bottom line. I am not the only one who believes that.....92 percent of primary voters agree with me. You are on the wrong side of this election. Perry is not the right person to run our country. He is too liberal and we need a patriot who will be an American....Cain is that person. Perry is basically a big government liberal.

I didn’t realize that Palin was running. In any case, Perry CANNOT prevent them from becoming citizens, because he will NOT be dictator for life (if he did somehow get elected). It will be up to future Congresses and future SUPREME COURTS to decide what to do with these 15,000,000 people that are here with these dead-end permits.

Some of us would rather elect a president that will try to GET RID OF THEM.
