Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain will hold a press conference in Scottsdale Tuesday in response to recent allegations of harassment.
According to a statement from the Cain campaign, Cain will hold to the conference at the Scottsdale Plaza at 3 pm.

“I know what happened, and he knows what happened,” Bialek said on CNN’s Piers Morgan Tonight. “One of my whole objectives was to give him the opportunity to come forward, to redeem himself, say, ‘Hey, I’m sorry. I did this. It happened. And let’s move forward.’ And it is unfortunate. I’m very disappointed that he didn’t take the lead in this.”
She said in the interview that she was prepared for an expected media onslaught, but was more concerned about how it would affect her teenage son

I do see the similarities to Thomas (I was in DC visiting when his hearings were going on - nothing else on local TV 24/7) but I didn’t say I believed any of this.
I said, if true, it’s bad.
Frankly, I don’t think a woman who wanted a job would spend money on a hotel and go out for drinks and dinner when a phone call would have sufficed. And I don’t know why any CEO would meet with her in this fashion.

He got an A. He didn’t add kindle to the media fire, he didn’t fall for the media traps, and he was honest and forthright in what was a clear, powerful response.

As stated in posts 261 and 320, the lady in the photo you refer to is Amy Jacobson not Sharon Bialek.
Guess I failed the humor test.
Maybe Bialek thought she was with Herman when it could have been someone else! Maybe the limo driver?
Herman really insulted Bialek by saying he didn’t even remember her!

Right. IMO, the only way her story makes any sense is if SHE went there hoping to schmooze him and perhaps was the agressor - not him.
And that’s IF any of her story is even true, which I highly doubt.
I’ve held off commenting on this issue until the last day or so in order to see what comes out. Maybe more will, but as of right now he appears VERY credible, quick on his feet, and genuine to me.
That’s kind of what I guessed but just wanted to be sure. Thanks for the clarification!
I hate to endorse any candidate this early, but I may just donate to Cain’s fund tonight.

It’s both RINOs and Dems. Both are equally condemning him in the media. I hope Cain can pull through this and go on to win.
There was no sexual harassment settlement. Get your facts straight. There was a separation / termination agreement between the National Restaurant Association and the accuser.
