Backbone Herman. Don't let Axelrod scare you away. Stand up to the Chicago thugs!

"The former business executive, facing a woman's allegation of a 13-year extramarital affair, says a heavy emotional toll on his family — particularly his wife, Gloria, who he has not seen since the charge surfaced — could force him to call it quits."

I'd say he is going to be in for a good whipping when he gets home.

Cain wrote that the allegations are a crock and I believe him. People aren’t contributing because everyone wonders if he is going to fold. This is no way to run a campaign.
He’s been targeted so the dems can claim & hold the racial card all to themselves. There has been no evidenced offered (at least made public) that any of the claims are valid so why is Cain on the defense about this?
Something isn’t connecting here.

Just how did he carry on an extramarital affair while on his what looked like his deathbed with cancer? Has she explained that yet? Or the shady dealings in her past? If David Axelrod can gin up a scandal campaign like this out of his apartment building, no conservative is safe. And I thought this stuff didn’t matter anymore. “Move On” to coin a phrase...

Overcoming racial discrimination, cancer, poverty, and the corporate world was easy compared to Chicago political thugs.

These thugs would be politically powerless if it were not for a complicit newsmedia and a brainless, gullible public.

If Cain is innocent, then I hope he will be vindicated. If he is guilty of adultery, then I would say that better to find out now before it is too late to put our efforts to elect him to POTUS firmly behind another candidate.

There is no proof, the mendacious accusers have either hidden or been totally discredited so why should Herman Cain keep drawing attention to the politically motivated—and racist—falsehoods by doing ANYTHING about them?

Clinton “moved” on and he was guilty as Hell—why can't Cain who has no credible evidence against him do the same? It's political suicide to even acknowledge the Leftist and RINO smear campaign IMHO.

Until I see evidence, I see a patteren here. Going back to Karen Kraushaar (ya know the one who filed a complaint at her very next job) was released from confidentiality by the NRA, so she could have shown the documentation of what her complaint was back in 1999. She chose not to show the documents. My take is that it was more damaging to Cain to leave it to people’s imagination.
Now, onto Ginger White. I’m sure she does have text messages and emails from Cain. At this time, we have not been shown any of them. I doubt we ever will see any of them. Why can’t she or the news media show what these messages say???? Again, it’s more damaging to Cain to leave it to people’s imagination.

At what point do you challenge the accusers instead of questioning the integrity of Cain? Every single one of these has proven false. Yet you give credence to the next one.

I know that the allegations appear to be questionable, but why is it that Cain is the only candidate who is being hit with these allegations? I doubt that Willard will have women coming forward to make allegations. Like it or not, Cain is done. There is no way that he will be able to overcome the allegations so as to become a contender for the nomination. He can try to talk foreign policy now, but all that is being heard are the various women and the lawyerly initial response to the affair.

No way do I want to see Romney as the nominee, but I’m sure that Cain has no chance.

Whoa fella! In your blind support of Herman Cain, I think you misread my statement. Personally, I hope the man is not guilty of the charges, but if there is the slightest chance that he is, get him out now while a replacement can be found. We need strong moral leadership for this country now more than ever. Herman Cain may be that man, but his record must be cleared.

No blind support for Cain, but the hatchet job against a good man pisses me off. You are supporting the hatchet job. You are giving credence to unsubstantiated charges made by a person of proven low character.

Perhaps you know of a perfect candidate, I haven’t seen one yet. Jesus apparently hasn’t filed his election papers yet.

—If Rev. Cain quits, we are all screwed.—

I’m a little more sanguine than you. I think his quitting will affect HOW we get screwed. It was coming one way or another. There is no human solution to our current world situation that doesn’t involve a world of hurt.

We are facing the greatest collapse in the history of mankind. The word “possible” is intentionally missing. I firmly believe it is going to happen, only the timing remains a mystery. But I’m looking at within the next year - or two at the absolute outside.

There’s nothing to find out. Even with Gloria Allred in attendance, nothing has surfaced from Bialek. The other lawyer couldn’t produce squat. There has been nothing but innuendo put out there by individuals with a background of either financial or other issues.

My guess is that Cain knows the allegations are putting a strain on his marriage and family that he didn't anticipate. As a good conservative, he knows that family comes first--if he thinks continuing may destroy his family's trust in him, he may decide it's not worth it.

And the left will have knocked another outsider out of the race.

The message is now clear: If you intend to reform Washington, Washington will destroy you and your family.

At the very least, Herman Cain lacks sound judgement.

I would KILL my spouse if he handed out money to single women and didn,t tell me. What man does that? If he handed out money to anyone, I’d be pessed.

Sounds like poor Gloria wasn’t involved in any financial decisions of the family’s money.

We’re all screwed anyway.

The character assasinations that the Dems perform have made it impossible for any sane, competent, happy person to run for President.
