Y’all are missing my point. Already there are hints that the counting involved foul play, and who do you think will get blamed? It doesn’t matter if the process was entirely fair and above board. Voters are suspicious by nature, especially when their guy is cut out of the process.

Sometimes it feels like there is a concerted effort to throw away this election on the part of all participants in the Republican establishment

Sorry, but you make it sound like these rules were established yesterday.

Sorry, but they have never been enforced before.

I take it you approve of selective enforcement of the law?

If it gives you the result you want, I mean.

If the RINO establishment thinks I will vote for Romney just because he has the best ground game, they are sorely mistaken.

3) Allow School Choice

4) ALLOW offshore oil and gas exploration and production

5) ABOLISH liberal judgeships ...

You’re just getting that feeling now? I’ve had that feeling for a month. Since they started savaging Cain.

The Gingrich campaign said it would work with the Republican Party of Virginia to pursue a write-in campaign, but Virginia does not allow write-in names in its primaries.

Unless this is fixed, Virginia's delegates should not be allowed to vote at the convention.

And then that ill-advised editorial from National Review. You wonder why they didnt just write articles regarding Newts weaknesses rather than a blanket “dont vote for him” statement. Something amiss, or someone knows something, or.....

Whatever the rules are; I just don't understand how these campaigns with all their “brilliant” people; don't meet a basic requirement.

Cluck. Cluck. Cluck.

Damn the rules! If I were voting in Virginia, the rules would be far from my mind, my having been disenfranchised by a crooked GOP establishment.

It seems clear to me that you are upset with the rules being enforced.

I don’t see it. If Paul and Mitt got 15k and Newt couldn’t get that many, then why should the rules be changed (or ignored) to accommodate Newt?

See, this is what I don’t get. Aren’t we supposed to be conservatives?

If we want to see anybody and anybody on the ballot, then we need to go to the VA GOP and change the rules to reflect this.

It’s Kabuki theatre is what it is. The answer keeps coming up the same.

Obama.

This is why they attacked Cain so hard, because he wasn’t ‘in’ on it.

It’s like with Bobby Fischer vs the Soviets. The Soviets all drew games to each other, so that they would be fresh to play Fischer. They didn’t care if they lost, because, so long as one of them won, they all won.

Cain, was a disaster for them, because that meant that the whole train stopped. The arguments, “we have to have someone with experience”, political credentialism, hangers-on, etc.

Once he was out, things returned to normal again. End result is a second term for the O, because that is what helps the establishment the most.

That is something which should be noted over and over again.

Bloody establishment pukes must be just besides themselves with glee. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Because if it is a choice between Mittens and Paul (with his racist homophobic anti-Israel newsletters waving under everyone’s noses again) we all know which way its gonna go.

It’s a disaster for the Republican party, for Virginia and for our constitutional republic. Now, it may be that Gingrich is not all that popular among the fat-assed RINO ruling class and kingmakers, but the national and Virginia polls prove that he’s very popular among the conservative base and the tea party. I’m hoping that enough people rise up against these corrupt shenanigans to get our LEADING Republican candidates on the ballot in all 57 states!!

Jim, and Freepers in these States...

What are the write in rules for these States? What is stopping the crawl over broken glass tea party types from doing just that?

Merry Christmas everyone and I look forward to your answers...

“6) Get ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS out the country”

With “establishing roots,” belonging to a church and WWII type neighborhood boards that will be loaded with liberals?

Newt has always been pro-amnesty, pro-illegal immigrant. If you put down the Kool-Aid long enough, you'll discover that Newt's plan is nothing other than a stealth amnesty.

Merry Christmas to you too.

So Mitt's signatures don't need to be verified because he has 15K signatures?

15K signatures and we won't check the signatures.

10K signatures and we will.

Truely stunning logic.
