Exactly. Griswold and Roe are just two of the “latest” examples of SCOTUS expanding Federal influence beyond all Constitutional constraints, and the trend began with Wickard v. Filburn and the other New (Raw) Deal cases.

I think there might be something to this comment. GS’s insistence on not letting the question go, after he was already proved a fool for asking it, was bizarre.
If the commenter is correct, GS was acting like a Dem operative [Drudge used this term in his headline on the debate] because few, if any, in the audience and viewership, could understand why the question was asked or expect to profit from any Romney response.

Good to see GS humiliated (did anyone also catch his revealing “school-boy” face when he was nailed-—worth a video review), but why was the question asked and who could profit from the answer?

Nope, didn’t specify the race of the democrats most likely to engage in this behavior, but everyone knows numerous examples from the president down to your local schoolboard member.
Been thinking about my received email for two reasons:
1) NO ONE could have profited from any Romney answer to GS’s question EXCEPT Dem operatives. In other words, had Romney cooperated, his answer would have been used AFTER he was nominated.
2) Before I received the email this morning, I saw how the Dems will defeat Romney. IMO, the Dems DO want Romney as their opponent, and this weekend-—between the debate questions and the MSM comments and articles over the weekend-—they laid out their plan for defeating him.
Did Rush say that even Romney can defeat Obama? If he did, I strenuously disagree. He will not.
