What would Newt do?

If a GA Judge demanded Newt answer a summons on a complaint he was not eligible to be on the Georgia ballot, would Newt:

1) Tell the Judge he doesn’t have the authority to ask him questions?
2) Object?
3) Refuse to appear in person and file an appeal?

No! Newt would answer questions about ballot eligibility without objection. Newt would proudly tell the Judge:

1) I’ve never been a citizen of a country other than the U.S.
2) I’ve never been issued a passport by a country other than the U.S.
3) I did not attend college in the U.S. as a foreign national.

Bad news for Mike Berlon. The GOP has almost a super majority in both state houses here in GA as well as a conservative GOP governor, Sec of State and AG. I don’t think the Dims are going to be forcing anybody to debate this issue.

This is definitely excellent news. Perhaps this proceeding will go differently than past attempts. A judge who is actually doing his job and interested in getting to the truth... very encouraging. In addition, the story appearing on the ABC website sure helps.

If obama's daddy wasn't an American citizen when the little bamster was born, then Jr. may be a citizen thanks to his mama, but little Barry isn't a Natural Born Citizen as required by the Constitution.

• tanking our economy
• increasing unemployment
• strengthening our enemies
• betraying our allies
• growing government by making more people dependent on it
• attempting to destroy the private sector
• using the government to enrich Big Labor and his rich, crony friends (Warren Buffett, George Soros, et al)
• prosecuting states for passing laws they don't like (because they know those laws interfere with their attempt to commit voter fraud)
• further dividing this country along class and racial lines?
