If “Bath-House Barry” was dragged outta office, would he still get the Secret Service protection in his “retirement”?

That isn’t the point. The POINT is obama is complicit and not only will there be NO charges filed, there will be another possible term for the pos. This has far reaching consequences. I don’t CARE if biden pardons him AFTER he is charged and tried. I want him gone before he finishes murdering this country AND Mexico. Are you blind????

Check out Issa’s background. He appears entirely compromised from the start—which is exactly what the Democrats would have wanted.

How is Issa’s background compromised?

Are we envisioning Adlai Stevenson at the UN?

My belief is that Obama plans on being out of the States when it’s all over. He won’t have to hide anything anymore. I also belief that you could see him, if need be, fly to wherever, as President, step off the plane and resign his presidency where they can’t extradite him.

Don’t be surprised by anything at this point.

Besides the two Missionaries, eight policemen were brutally murdered. So they moved them into fortified hotels to ‘protect’ them. Fat chance.

Holder’s folks waltzed into Arizona after a 3 year investigation of Sheriff Joe and accused him of being in violation of civil rights. When Joe asked for specific details instead of slander, Holder’s people equivocated that proof was unnecessary.

It would be SWEET if Issa trotted out some of this drivel as he accuses Holder. After all, the DOJ now operates under the “Dan Rather rules of evidence”.

Scary thought, how dangerous he will be when he is out of office. He knows our secrets. We think Carter is a loose cannon, but he’s an idiot. Obama hates this country, he will be a nightmare.

Do you want Holder convict of just being an arse to Congress or do you want more?

At this point, that’s all you got, unless Issa has more.

You’re not going to get Obama based on the evidence so far. F&F may go straight to the White House, and it does, but show me with court quality evidence that he was in on it.

Read the ‘Military career, education and legal problems’ and ‘1982 factory fire’ sections of his wikipedia entry:

Secret Service’s job will be to protect us from him.

Another option is Issa is playing a bluff. He may not have that one piece of damning evidence he needs but he is making Holder think he does.

I was thinking more or less along the same lines. Like a dollar bill on a string or something. See what turns up.

Maybe it isn’t about Holder? In your dollar bill analogy, maybe he is dragging some bait through the water to pick up some smaller ‘fish’ who will take it out of fear? Holder had to give instructions to others to take action. Maybe the others think, if Holder takes the fifth, they will be next to be looked at so Issa is trying to get them to flip against Holder first?

I think someone hit on it in an earlier post on this thread. Here’s probably the best possible scenario we can hope for:

(1) There is currently no way to get this prosecuted in Federal Court. You won’t be able to get a competent special prosecutor and clearly the DOJ has multiple skins in the game. Therefore,

(2) Issa gets Holder to plead the 5th and quietly resign.

(3) The way is clear for Arizona to prosecute. If Holder can be brought into an Arizona court facing complicity in murder charges he might finally have a reason to “sing”. Issa does not have the authority to apply that kind of pressure.

(4) Even if Arizona cannot build a suitable case, does anyone here know if they have the authority to extradite to Mexico?! I’ll bet that would get anyone’s attention. :)

# 8:

The very idea that Issa is willing to let holder plead out and walk away tells me he has no intention of getting to the absolute bottom ...or top... of this crime against US and humanity. I am just sick.

# 17:

It could be for another reason.

1, you know you got something against the General so clear the pawns out of the way. or

2, he knows that if Holder does plead the fifth and resign, it would be devastating PR and could politically weaken 0bummer. While legally pleading the 5th is no admission of guilt, something like that happening in the eyes of the public is tantamount to an admission of guilt.

Another option is Issa is playing a bluff. He may not have that one piece of damning evidence he needs but he is making Holder think he does.

That is the situation. Does Congress hit him now on a lesser charge, so they at least get him for something, even if that something would be insufficient to get him to resign or apply the screws and get him for something else, which could lead to more serious charges and bigger fish?

It would be interesting to see what Issa has to say about those incidents. Just for the record; wikipedia being what it is.
