He has to be an improvement on the current mayor (Brumfield). All she accomplished was drive up the housing market to the point were the military coming in could not afford housing. I have been here 3 years and the price topped out last fall and is now descending to reasonable prices, but know a bunch of people are going to be upside down and unable to sell.
