While the death of this young man was tragic, wouldn't the possibility of death of the survivor from the unfortunate altercation weigh equally prior to the grand jury receiving (and in turn the rest of us) all the facts/pre-trial?

There are lots of folks here, there, and everywhere who like Beck. It surprises me, I think he’s tremendously unimpressive when compared to thinkers and articulators like Rush and Levin and whomever you might think are prescient or insightful in the economic/financial realm. Beck is what Levin calls a back bencher IMO.
I can’t believe I used to like Beck.
None of us should be trying this case on the radio or on Twitter from a thousand miles away.

Well now we know what will happen to the first CCW holder who is attacked by a flash mob and defends himself. Crucifixion by the public.
I think Glenn is out to lunch on these comments about Zoimmerman’s guilt.
From all I have seen and read now, I believe Zimmerman to be completely innocent of wrong doing and that he justifiably defended himself when he shot Trayvon who had attacked him, knocked him to the ground, broke his nose and bloodied his face and was in the process of trying to repeatedly slam his head against the ground.
In such a circumstance, if armed woith a gun, I would have done the same thing.
I am open to the investigators finding different mitigating evidence, and the decision of a grand jury should one be needed...but at this point based on all the testimony and evidence I have heard, seen, and read about, that’s what I think happened.
...and I believe the left, from the President through congressional members down to the New Black Panthers are making a dispicable spectacle of the whole thing for purely political and ideological reasons in an attempt to deflect attention away from Obama’s pitiful record.
The Florida law authorities, particularly the Attorney General should grow a pair in this circumstance and send the State Troopers after those New Black Panthers who have come to Florida and who are inciting violence and commiting conspiracy to kidnap and injure a man not charged with any crime to this point. That should not be allowed...or ignored because it is blatantly illegal, and it will lead to an even worse set of circumstances than they already have.
