Morning AB, All….

Happy Easter to all and, as always, thank you AB for doing this thread. I am so glad Lent is over, now can eat meat on Fridays, did my Lenten sacrifice, a somber period it is. Hallejuah. Sang at Easter Vigil last night, Good Friday, Holy Thursday….Easter is here, Christ is Risen, a new day dawns.

Two things….I was so disillusioned this past Friday when I tuned in to Fox and Friends and saw that they had hired a brand new consultant….Attita Jackson, though I’ve probably spelled that wrong.

JESSIE JACKSON’S DAUGHTER!!!

FOX!!!

And just what is this woman’s claim to all knowing besides being the daughter of a race-baiter? And of course, first thing, she launches into this long ramble about Obamacare and how wonderful it is.

Folks, I understand that Fox needs countering points of view. But we’ve got that fat slob burger Bob Beckel and Juan Williams….there’s some others I want to slap.

But this Jackson spawn?

I deliberately do not watch TODAY or Good Morning America just to avoid all the liberal crap.

They’re winning people, get used to it. The liberals are winning.

Second, soon, after the election, I will be removing my name from the rolls of the Republican party. I will register as an Independent. I will no longer be working in the Republican party but will, instead, join a very active 9-12 patriot group in our area to handle my activism.

I know how to sign back up with a political party should a primary require my vote, having done this for quite a while now. But in Delaware it’s moot as our primary isn’t until like September and by then nothing will change. At any rate, I know how to handle all that.

It’s all I can do. I don’t consider myself or want to be part of the Republican party. They don’t represent me any more. I will still probably vote for Romney but somehow voting for him as an Independent makes me feel better.

I truly believe the Republican party cannot stand its Conservative base, they tolerate us for our votes and help at election time, perhaps for a few bucks. But they are part of the political class in this country and in due course I suspect a new political party will arise. I will be ready when that happens.

If not, well okay, the only thing I can do is disassociate myself from them.

There is a back story that has Gingrich causing Hume’s son to commit suicide after he outed him.

Then Hume should be blaming the "Uncle Ernie"...the packer that groomed his son. That's who really killed him, not Newt.

Conrad going on and on about the Bush fiscal policies driving us to the brink of recession....sheesh.

You know what the Repubs need to do? They need to come up with some lying talking point and repeat it over and over like the Dems.

Although, I know, I know.....the TRUTH is bad enough with the Obamer admin.

But telling lies over and over obligates the opposition to spend time constantly refuting lies rather than getting on with the issues.

Unemployment was under 6% with Bush. Jobs went begging.

The stock market went past 15000 a couple of times.

The Repubs should make their talking point response to these lies, here’s a notion...”It’s easy to constantly be repeating lies, Conrad and Democrats, then you can avoid the issues today. “

Speaking of which Fish, my County Chairwoman has called a Executive Committee meeting for tomorrow night to have me removed as Area Chairman. She has not told anybody what the meeting is about or informed me, but I had someone find out the secret.

Nobody knows what she is going to use and I wasn’t informed, but the best we can guess is I wrote a manual that included a walking sheet she didn’t approve. Every County in the state uses them but she doesn’t allow us.

The real reason is we are doing too much organizing in our part of the County and have submitted petitions to have Light Rail stopped.

She is old guard moderate and has a big problem with Conservatives and Tea Party people. I will be exposing the entire story tomorrow and let her bring it out into the light of day.

Happy Easter

I think Sandra Kuhn (SP ??) is much more a morality-free liberal than Jesse’s daughter. She’s another recent addition to the Fox list of extreme liberals. Every now and then Kirsten Powers says something rational, so maybe she is getting a little long in the Liberal Fox tooth and needs to be retired and replaced, so they are auditioning new ones ...

Oh my Bray, I hold open palm to mouth in shock!

YOU, of all people, do not deserve to be removed. YOU are what the Republican party needs.

They did this same thing in my county, had a meeting and removed an RDC(Regional District Chair-MINE in fact) because he made some ill-advised remarks on the local yokel radio. We (the ousted guy’s EDC’s) did our best to save him but the rest of the crowd just wanted to move on so they threw out one of the best workers and organizers they had.

And get this, the ONLY Democrat in Sussex county wrote a letter to the newspaper complaining about his remark but ya know, they reach across the aisle with perfectly polished nails but they shall rip off the heads of their base and crap down their bloody necks should that base threaten their power.

How awful.

There’s more on that ousted guy, maybe I’ll go in to it later. Some really interesting things going on here in mighty Sussex county Delaware. This wonderful place just might be the locus of the uprising of a NEW political party, this same place that threw out that awful Mike Castle and got beat to bits for it.

Way I figger, Romney gets elected as we reluctantly, and bitterly, pull the levers for him, and folks like me and Bray will watch him reach across the aisle and re-arrange the deck chairs on Obamacare and our disgust will finally reach the tipping level.

The Tea Party in some fashion will be formed and will rise. For in the end, it is WE who carry this country on our backs and it is WE who fight the wars, and it will be WE who will rid this country of that destructive political class.

I really believe this.

Long story, but Newt got falsely smeared. It didn’t happen that way and Hume’s hatred of Newt is misplaced.

It is pretty bizarre but I doubt it will carry the Committee even though she stacked it to begin with. We all know she is afraid of anything that threatens her power and is an absolute control freak. This is going to completely sink her Chairmanship since most people in the Party like me and what I’m doing.

One of the state assistant chairs wants me to take her place but I really don’t want it.

Happy Easter

From the little I read on this, I had the impression that it was unclear who was threatening to out (that's the way I heard it -- a threat, not an actual outing) Hume's son, but that there were several more likely culprits than Newt.

Yes, I saw the new one to whom you refer and she is really out there.

and you’re right about Kirsten...more and more she seems rational.

Again, I know they need liberal counterparts. Indeed I admire Fox for so doing as MSNBC will never have a Conservative.

BUT to throw those two at us when we already endure Bob Beckel the former boozehound nothing burger and Juan Williams who got kicked once by his liberal friends but rises up to take more.

Dear Lord, I just cannot stand to listen to Jesse Jackson’s daughter preach to me, I just can’t.

That’s positively insulting to me.

She is old guard moderate

Oh, a "murder-it" just like our good old girl Olympia (don't let the door hitcha) Snowe.

Recently, after announcing her intention to not run, she went on the radio, bitterly expressing her resentment of being called a RINO, and how people didn't appreciate her bipartisan cooperation to "get things done".

Good luck tomorrow, bray and I hope it ends up with the County Chairwoman out instead of you!

It’s obvious she’s one of those who cause people to believe (1/2 accurately) that there is no difference between the parties because they never really want to change things—a Main Street Republican, MSR being a Soros group.

Enjoy the wonder of Easter for today and go back to the battle tomorrow recharged.

That cretin Fluke was on the Five the other day.

But I still love Fox n Friends and the Early Show. Fox goes downhill a little later in the day but it’s still the best news show on the net.

Off to church, running late, will check back later.

Conrad is spouting the Obama campaign theme that the Reps will take us back to the policies that created the Great Recession. I am disappointed that Hume did not mention that the Dems controlled Congress from Jan 2007 onwards. They passed the budgets they are now criticizing.
