Look BP, When Zimmerman retreated he quit being the aggressor.
That is all there is to it. No different than if someone attacks you and you (well not you as guns scare you) pull your weapon and they run. You can no longer shoot them in self defense as they are no longer the aggressor.

If George Zimmerman had known his sighting of Martin would end the way it did, I'm sure he would've proceeded differently.
However, let's be fair. What would YOU do, if you saw a stranger skulking about suspiciously in your neighborhood?

And presumably you would try to watch to stranger's movements so you could give the police an idea of his location.

It was at that point, near his vehicle, that Zimmerman was confronted from behind by Martin, who said "You got a problem, ________ [expletive deleted]? -- and when Zimmerman answered "No," he was sucker punched by Martin, knocked to the ground, and had his head banged repeatedly on the concrete.
What, exactly, would you have done differently, if you had been George Zimmerman?

Thanks Las Vegas Ron. IMO, there are many things that Hispanics and Conservatives have in common. Our side does not capitalize on them. That’s a real shame.
