We will not waste our limited resources on FR in support for a liberal progressive LIAR

A reminder for those who are not receiving the message:

Romney is a pathological compulsive liar. Lie after lie papered over with more lies. Doesn’t even flinch when caught in bald faced lies, simply tells another big whopper to cover up or dodge the issue. Funny thing, the man actually seems to believe his own latest lies and simply ignores the glaring record of his past actions/lies. And you have true blue establishment elite RINO Republicans like Karl Rove enabling and backing up his lies. Their motivation is simply to hang on to power (and riches) any way they can.

I’ve stated many times since Romney started running for the presidency way back when that I’d never vote for him and I will not. He cannot lie his way out of his decades long record of support for abortion, Roe v Wade, planned parenthood, gay rights, gun control, global warming, amnesty, liberal judges, big government, compulsory or socialized health care (RomneyCommieCare), mandates, Keynesian economics, support and approval of TARP, bailouts, stimulus packages, i.e, every damn liberal progressive issue that comes down the pike.

C’mon. These are the reasons the tea party sprang up and the reasons he and Rove loathe the tea party and our tea party conservative candidates. Romney famously expressed his loathing for Reagan-Bush conservatism several years ago when he was trying to run to the left of Ted Kennedy and now he’s cloaking himself in Reagan conservatism, knowing full well that it’s a lie, but he knows it’s the only way he can possibly win, er buy the Republican nomination.

Screw Romney!! I absolutely will not support or vote for a proven compulsive liar with a known record of abortion and big government socialism, liberal appointments, etc. He still lies about RomneyCommieCare today. Calls it a “conservative solution.” Get real!!

Listen to what Ronald Reagan had to say about the elites pushing socialism on America via compulsory health insurance:

Ronald Reagan speaks out against RomneyCommieCare

There will be no campaign for this Massachusetts liberal liar on FR!!

Damn the libs and RINOS, full steam ahead!!

But no matter what happens we must turn out in November to vote IN as many conservatives and vote OUT as many rats as possible at all levels of government. If we don't have a conservative at the top of the ticket we must turn out anyway and vote straight conservative DOWN ticket!! Just think of it an off cycle election and pour on the TEA!! It'll be doubly important that we control both houses of congress and as many statehouses as possible.

Restore the 10th amendment!! Impeach the leftist president whoever he may be!! Restore Liberty!! Rebellion comes from the bottom up!!

WOO HOO!! I CAN SEE NOVEMBER FROM MY HOUSE!!

No Bama!! No Romney!! Go tea party rebellion!!

Non-votes are not counted.

If 90% of Americans do not vote, those votes are not counted as votes for Obama. Only the votes of the other 10% who cast a vote will be counted.

It is still hard to believe that some people do not understand this.

Then our country is in trouble. Romney WILL govern badly and we'll get the blame.

However, I don't think Romney can beat Obama. The Dem machine will eat him up and spit him out on his record. Plus the Dems have had 4 years to plan vote fraud and/or come up with a contingency plan.

“you’re also refusing to vote for the only person who has a chance to beat Obama.”

Refusing to vote for the extreme left-wing liberal Romney. Nothing wrong with refusing to vote for such a liberal.

I am not going to vote for Romney or Obama. Its a good thing that 45% of the primaries are still ahead of us so we can hopefully choose a better candidate.

There are no mights about it. He has a record of appointing liberal pro-gay justices. We have zero reason to believe he would do any different as president. It not fear of the unknown in this case but a fear of the known. The leopard is hiding behind an elephant, but the spots are the same old spots.

Just googled, here's info on Romney's Judicial Appointments, and BTW, Republicans make up what? 9% of registered voters in Massachusetts?

Romney’s Judicial Appointments

In 2005, The Boston Globe ran a story on Romney’s judicial appointments. The article stated:

Governor Mitt Romney, who touts his conservative credentials to out-of-state Republicans, has passed over GOP lawyers for three-quarters (75%) of the 36 judicial vacancies he has faced, instead tapping registered Democrats or independents – including two gay lawyers who have supported expanded same-sex rights.

Of the 36 people Romney named to be judges or clerk magistrates, 23 are either registered Democrats or unenrolled voters who have made multiple contributions to Democratic politicians or who voted in Democratic primaries, state and local records show. In all, he has nominated nine registered Republicans, 13 unenrolled voters, and 14 registered Democrats.

This statistic of course provides fodder to Romney’s critics, who might suggest that it would be an indication of the type of judges Romney would appoint as President. Do these statistics indicate favor for Democrat or Independent judges by Romney? Or, do his appointments suggest that Romney was a governor who was pragmatic and tried to make the court system as conservative as he could?

Romney’s own words on the subject might give us more insight into his thinking. Romney defended all of his appointments. He stated that “With regards to those at the district court and clerk magistrate level, their political views aren’t really going to come into play unless their views indicate they will be soft on crime…” Romney stated that his only criteria in picking lower court judges was that they were tough on crime, something he emphasized throughout his time as governor. Romney further elaborated by saying that his criteria would change if an opening were to come on the Massachusetts Supreme Court and then he would focus more on ensuring that the judge had a “strict constructionist, judicial philosophy.”

In addition, Romney’s attempts to turn the Massachusetts courts right can be seen in the appointment of Christopher Moore to chair the Judicial Nominating Commission. Christopher Moore is a conservative who is a member of the Federalist Society, which fights against judicial activism. As chair of the Judicial Nominating Commission, Moore was in an excellent position to ensure he could limit the selection of liberal activist judges who would legislate from the bench.

Yes, it is! Therefore anyone on FR that uses that term is immediately a suspect in my book.

Who are you going to vote for if Newt is not the nominee?

Sarah Palin will be voting for Romney along with Newt and the rest of us who are sane.

Provided Romeny *is* the GOP-E's nominee, I will vote TEA Party down my ballot in all races, but I won't for Romney. I'd be more apt to write in Andrew Breitbart posthumously.

I have a hard time identifying it as anything else.

If all things continue as they are, then it will be a choice between A and B. There are choices C, D, E, and F, but they are guaranteed to fail. Either A or B will win.

To me, this is very, very simple - what happens if I vote for A, and what happens if I vote for B? It seems as though hundreds of people here are saying “Well, I’ll never vote for B” without addressing the extremely obvious question of “What happens if I don’t vote for B?”

I don’t know what you call that. It illustrates a ridiculous amount of naivete and tunnel vision to me.

ABO is whoever is on the ballot in December with an R beside their name. If Mittens wins, and he HAS NOT yet, and he is on the ballot in November, and IF the polls show he has zero or little chance to win, then I MIGHT consider writing in Newt or Palin.

Romney would govern no differently. And his ego is just as inflated. We are on very shaky ground. And I'm afraid that most of America doesn't know it and if they did, have no idea what to do.

The Romney Economy

It is arresting to imagine a Romney White House, inevitably filled with as many former Bain colleagues as each of his other public ventures have been: The PowerPoints, the 80-20 jargon, the clinical separation of decision-making from ideology, the detachment of those decisions from moral consequence, a persistent blind spot for people as people. It would represent the final ascension of a perfectly American type, one that has already remade the culture of business. I once asked a Bain colleague of Romney’s how Romney thought of his own core competence. “I think Mitt thinks he’s good at being Mitt Romney,” the colleague said.

Romney will not steal liberal votes because he will be caricatured by his own statements and actions as an evil Wall Street puppet. He will be pummeled mercilessly with the statements “I am not concerned about the very poor” and “I like firing people”. The doggy on the roof will be in rotation too. Occupy Wall Street will be at every camnpaign stop and get more news coverage than he does.

Conservatives know he is actually a radical liberal also will not vote for him. “I like mandates, mandates work”.

He cannot energize the conservatives. This has been proven without any doubt. He cannot even win half the primary votes anywhere there is a choice. Romney simply has no chance to win in November.

These “ABO” people know it I think. I think they know exactly what they are doing. They are trying to destroy the last vestiges of conservatism within the Republican Party. How many conservatives will willingly throw out their principles and support a gutless leftwing liar??

How many of them will ever be able to get those principles back?

I will not vote for a liberal. Period. End of Story.

Besides, Romney has no chance to win. Not one.

Onyx, you and I are still on the same page, regardless of nominee. Principles matter.

You betcha.

Without principles, we would have had NO Constitution and no Founding Fathers, who were men of principle.

Now is not the time to surrender.

Our TEA Party fights on!

"Option 3 does not help secure an Obama victory. Only directly voting for Obama does that."

"Non-votes are not counted."

"If 90% of Americans do not vote, those votes are not counted as votes for Obama. Only the votes of the other 10% who cast a vote will be counted."

Wait... I have read over and over on this very Forum that a vote for anybody but Romney in the General or if I don't vote then such is a vote for Obama. Now myself I believe if I vote for Romney I am just voting for an Obama-Lite RINO. So if all the above is true then basically no matter what I do I'm voting for Obama in 2012.

As you can probably guess this does not make me happy. What is a girl to do in such a quandary?

There are mass followers and their are leaders....we know where you stand. Using endorsements as reason to follow says it all.

We keep talking obviously about economic and US issues when it comes to the eventual Republican nominee, we haven’t even gotten to foreign policy yet. The Muslim Brotherhood will an ally in the White House? what happens to Israel?

Those 4 people are politicians, they are party first, they will back the nominee if its Obama himself.

The TEA Party has no leaders, it can’t endorse. Most of the TEA Partiers will not support Romney.

The Dems have already said they will attack Bain and that they have ammo.

Someone posted a link to Gingrich's plan to keep Obamney from getting 1144. Gingrich may just pull off a brokered convention.
