The Republican National Committee attempted to walk back a potentially bruising botched response Tuesday after an official said Mitt Romney is still making up his mind on immigration.
As a candidate, to my understanding, hes still deciding what his position on immigration is, said Bettina Inclan, the RNCs director of Hispanic outreach
Within minutes, as Inclans comments started spreading on Twitter, RNC spokeswoman Kirsten Kukowski stepped in and said Inclans comments had been misconstrued.
We never said the governor is still deciding on immigration, said Kukowski. I want to make sure we are exponentially clear.

Trying to catch the flip flop in a Schroedinger state? Anyone have a cat to donate to the cause?
Victory is such an impossible task when you have nothing but idiots on the field...
Willard Milt: the Ineligible and backstabbing RINO:
"I bet you $10,000 that whatever my position
on immigration will be, which ever day as it mutates,
it will ALWAYS be reported on FOX-Bain "News"
by my anchor-wives as both severely conservative
and exponentially clear."
I don't even care what position Romney claims to take during his political campaign.
Flip-flops are prone to a problem called metastability, which can happen when two inputs, such as data and clock or clock and reset, are changing at about the same time, such that the resulting state would depend on the order of the input events. When the order is not clear, within appropriate timing constraints, the result is that the output may behave unpredictably, taking many times longer than normal to settle to one state or the other, or even oscillating several times before settling. Theoretically, the time to settle down is not bounded. In a computer system, this metastability can cause corruption of data or a program crash, if the state is not stable before another circuit uses its value; in particular, if two different logical paths use the output of a flip-flop, one path can interpret it as a 0 and the other as a 1 when it has not resolved to stable state, putting the machine into an inconsistent state.
Severely clear.
I just do not understand how these RINO’s get the GOP nod, time after time after time?????????
Mitt Romney - Dukakis without the unibrow.
I know how He stands on Gay Rights and Abortion, Thats exponentially clear.
Mitt Romney still making Ron Paul look good and Ann Coulter look bad!
With geometric logic I can prove that it is exponentially clear that Romney is severely conservative.
Wait a minute here. Roll tape on some of those debates where Romney almost took the STRONGEST POSITION of anyone on immigration. Said over and over how he was in favor of removing the “magnets” that draw them here.
Guess that didn’t mean he was going to actually get rid of THEM — just the magnets.
It's like Mutt's 'severe conservatism'.
In other words, a line of complete and utter BS.
I’m as shocked as you are that Romney’s somewhat firm stances on e-verify, self-deportation, and other immigration issues during the primaries are now being reconsidered as people start focusing on the general election./sarc. off
The half-life of any Romney position is only a minute or so.
To be clear... As I’ve said....
Hang on a second(licks finger, sticks in air)
Romney’s positions are like Texas weather, if you don’t like it, wait 10 minutes.
