What to make of the "ABC World News" report about George Zimmerman's injuries after shooting Trayvon Martin?
The TV analysts stepped in Tuesday night after ABC's Matt Gutman reported that Zimmerman's medical report showed the shooter had a broken nose, two black eyes and gashes on his head.
Zimmerman had refused to go to the hospital the night of the shooting, and his doctor treated him the next day, Gutman reported in his exclusive.
ABC's Dan Abrams said, "There's no question these documented injuries help Zimmerman's case, but the fundamental legal question remains: Who was the aggressor?"
Zimmerman is charged with second-degree murder in Trayvon's death. Zimmerman has claimed self-defense.
Ben Crump, attorney for the Martin family, told CNN'sAnderson Cooper that Zimmerman's injuries needed to be put in full context. Crump highlighted that Zimmerman had neither a concussion nor stitches.
Trayvon Martin "didn't start this fight," Crump said.
But CNN's Jeffrey Toobin wanted to know how Crump knew that Zimmerman was the aggressor. Crump pointed to the 911 calls.
Crump said he "wanted everybody to wait until the full evidence comes out," even as he continued to blast Zimmerman....

Whoever it is, has been described by other freepers as competent. Maybe even a public defender or (in low density populated areas) an attorney reimbursed by the state. Some PDs are sharp if green; the office is a useful beginning career step for new law graduates who intend to progress to bigger and better things in private practice.
This is all going to end up with the Sanford police saying, “WE TOLD YOU SO.”
Who is paying Crump, and what for, exactly?
Yup, when the wind begins to go against him all of a sudden there’s no need for the “rush.”
How do these people keep from looking like utter, brutal, inhuman fools? This isn’t supposed to be a trial about an archetypical Whitey and Darkey fight. It is about two persons with faces.
Since Crump and the publicist he hired instigated the racial unrest, I’d like to see them sued by someone who gets injured if the assailants mention Trayvon during the attack.
Nope.
Crump doesn’t have anything do with criminal case and couldn’t care less about it.
Crump is a legal pirate doing everything within his power to set up Zimmerman for a civil lawsuit so that he can collect a (large) share.
Keep that in mind and his actions make perfect sense.
Zimmerman could have a sprinklerhead sticking out of the back of his skull and a 3 finger ring impression in his head saying “trayvon was here” and it wouldn’t matter to those in opposition to zimmerman. Trayvon is an innocent child because of what color he is.

Why is Trayvon Martin called "T" while George Zimmerman is called "Z?" Are we on a first name basis with the decedent while the shooter is only referred to by his last name? Do you see how your own language feeds the black racist narrative?
WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said that evidence helps support Zimmerman’s claim that he was defending himself from the teen. But Sheaffer added that the injured knuckles “could be consistent with Trayvon either trying to get away or defending himself.”
OK, I unwittingly follow in the shoes of the headline writers. Mea culpa, this is in the vein of the time when Negros were enslaved and didn’t even get surnames.
At a minimum the evidence rules out intentional homicide so goodbye Murder 2 conviction.

Zimmerman broke his own nose.
Trayvon Martin’s knuckles were bruised from Zimmerman beating them with the back of his head which coincidentally explains the wounds on Zimmermans head.
Trayvon was hunted and stalked by Zimmerman so even if the wounds are coincident with Zimmermans story it doesn’t matter since in the new world you can beat down anybody you think is dissing you without lawful retaliation.
There’s more of course because the left wing does not lack for nuts.
There needs to be a warning at the top of all Zimmerman threads:

So GZ is being alleged to have done what to TM. Having a gun, GZ leaves it in his pocket and grabs TM. And poor TM flails about with a fist trying to get away, whereupon the monstrous GZ shoots TM.
And none of this follows on to anything known in GZ’s own past. GZ had no reason to disobey the dispatcher who told him to knock off the trailing (and to all appearance, DID). And in the meantime TM is on the horn with his girlfriend. Why didn’t she tell him to call police, or do it herself.
A guy from the area named Mark O’Mara is doing is somewhat pro bono.
The MSM is determined to crucify him. The Gates of Hell themselves could open up and Trayvon Martin could waltz out and beg forgiveness for trying to kill Zimmerman, to no avail. To the MSM and its followers, this has now become part of the struggle between Left and Right and the actual guilt or innocence of a man, the fate of one man, makes not one whit of difference.
