I did enjoy watching CBS's "Person of Interest" this year.

If everything is flagged (try going a day without using one of the words on this list), then effectively nothing is flagged.

If they have to read everyone’s facebook page, they are effectively reading no ones.

Do they look at your posts? Of course they do.
In 1999 a buddy of mine who is a sysop for a local hospital computer system and I decided to try the prettygoodprivacy encryption for our emails, we downloaded a copy of the free software from a swedish website and we each installed it. He sent me a greet email and I did likewise, then since we had each other’s public keys we tried a real email.
My email was something like, “This is cool” and his was just, “Yeah, it is.”
That was the entire conversation.
In less than 24 hours, we each received emails from the FBI asking us not to use non-domestic encryption systems.
How did they know, if they weren’t reading our emails?
We both uninstalled the software.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Where by all the civil libertarians that were so outraged when Bush was in charge?

They think THEY are in charge now?

Yes, and it is pretty awful for us folks living in Arizona near the border with Mexico or in Tucson, Nogales or Yuma. We get a lot of our electricity from the nuclear facility at Palo Verde. It is really bad because we have a lot of wildfires, brush fires and forest fires caused by smugglers and illegal immigrants or sometimes by lightning.

Does anyone have this list in text? The list is an image at the referenced site.

I remember when we had real search engines, the results often included websites that were simply a list of every word. I had to include “and not aardvark” in order to avoid them.

Anyway, if someone has the list in text, and that list starts to appear all over the place, we can stop worrying about them searching based simply on the presence of a few words.

Revealed: Hundreds of words to avoid using online if you don't want the government spying on you

Or, hundreds of words to use frequently and to encourage everyone else to use frequently to do a Cloward-Piven on the powers-that-be.

Also, find a way to use one of these words every third or fifth word or at the end or the beginning of each sentence or every other sentence.

Did you hear the one about the guy from North Korea who bust into Mexico and ate so much weapons grade food that it caused a mudslide in his lower intestine?

Let's see how many more funny sentences we can make using at least four of the words on the list!

Yes, except the supreme court which believes words from a living document don't have to be followed, decides 'what that really means.'

Also, as any good high-school government student could point out seditious speech is already considered prohibited. I wonder how much pork is used by Homeland Security in the prevention of dissent among the citizens. It gives them the power to kidnap our freedom (There I did my part annoying DMLS, will you do yours?)

Wait a minute! El Paso, is on the list. What does Texas think of that? Do they ever get tired of listening to Marty Robbins?

Funny, I just read an online piece about "Trojan Keyloggers Forcing Mysql Injections." How very weird a coincidence, huh?

Actually..., I didn't. Those are just four of the "watchwords" that allegedly flip O'Bunghole's trigger... oops!

There's another one! Well if I ain't just one sorry summen-a-batch!

True.

However,

They reportedly have very sophisticated software to evaluate on when to ping a human overseer.

Whether that involves combinations of keywords, context, sources, topic used within, or more likely any and all of the above . . . is not specifically understood by those outside the system, imho.

BTW, total monitoring of all electricity based communications channels by literally acres of computers has been going on AT LEAST for 40 years.

NO doubt.
