I predict the SC will uphold the Arizona law in part.

Obozo care will be struck down due to the individual mandate and the whole law will collapse because of the lack of a severability clause.

When I heard and saw Obummer at the ‘04 convention, I said out loud “There is the next President of the USA”. Whomever I was with(someone!) said proclaimed that I was crazy.
When Rush went on his Operation Chaos campaign(I still have my tee shirt..thought it was fun to wear), I thought: “Rush, you’ve got it all wrong. Her Thighness will NOT be the nominee!”.

People: Run, do not walk to your nearest bookstore or log on to Amazon and order THE AMATEUR by Edward Klein. His description of Hussein and his minions won’t surprise you..but it’s a great book.

My prediction? Jay Carney is going to be doing some SERIOUS tapdancing today and tomorrow, and the Sunday talk show circut will be filled with whining crying Democrats.

Yup, King Odungbeetle shall not be bothered with such little things as the SCOTUS and the constitution. He is above all that. And the wimpering castrati of the GOP will do nothing about it.

He won because of a speech. No experience, no proven record. Those things don’t matter anymore.

Liberalism isn’t the biggest problem facing America. It’s that people fall for style over substance in general.

For all the negative nabobs, Intrade, which is the only poll I think that matters next to election results has the individual mandate in Obamacare having a chance of being struck down at 74.8%

http://www.intrade.com/v4/markets/contract/?contractId=745353

My prediction:
AZ Law Upheld
Individual Mandate Struck down
Obamacare Law Struck down

Agree with you on mandate and severability, but I believe that the vote on the AZ law will be 5-3 to uphold it.

Since I deal with health insurance, I’m hoping for a celebration!

“...Liberalism isn’t the biggest problem facing America....”

Truer words have never been spoken. Although it’s probably more of a threat to the nation than just “a problem”. Islam is probably not too far behind it. Liberalism is a brain-rotting, dibilitating, mental disease with no known cure. Those infected are, for all intensive purposes, become brain-washed zombies of their ruling elite believing everything they’re told. They have no mental capability to reason, or even think, for themselves. Need proof: Just look how the zombies in Issa’s committee voted on Holder. Not one of em could reason or think for themselves even when they were spoon-fed the evidence right before their very eyes! They don’t even comprehend that their brains have rotted out and are now just tools programmed to blindly follow commands from the leader. Think of “The Borg” from the Star Trek series and you’d not be too far off in an analysis of how wasted and insane that they really are.
