Sen. Jon Kyl (R-AZ) floated the possibility of impeaching President Obama over the administration’s recent decisions on immigration, during an appearance on Bill Bennett’s radio show on Tuesday.

...If the president insists on continuing to ignore parts of the law that he doesn’t like, and simply not enforce that law, the primary remedy for that is political. And you have it two ways: one is oversight through the Congress to demonstrate what they’re doing wrong and there are some potential criminal charges there for dereliction of duty. Although, I haven’t looked that up yet. And the other part of it is people need to react through the ballot box to turn out of office those people who are not doing their duty. Now if it’s bad enough and if shenanigans involved in it, then of course impeachment is always a possibility. But I don’t think at this point anybody is talking about that.
I’ve always like John Kyl. But, geez - doesn’t he know you can’t impeach a black president?
Senator Kyl needs to do a head count in the Senate. His proposal would lose, bigtime.
Even if the House did vote Articles of Impeachment, the Senate trial would fail — just like it did against Clinton.
All such an endeavour would do is make Obama look like the victim and put him in a better position for reelection. The endeavour would be perceived as nothing more than politics as usual.

The USA Federal Government is broke, and is forced to borrow 3 1/2 BILLION dollars from our grandchildren EVERY DAY!
This then is the Federal Grandchildren Tax, or FGT, separate from the FIT or Federal Income Tax that only 51 % of us pay.
2012 is the third year of the American Taxpayer Revolt, in spite of what our sorry politicians and apathetic Liberal Agenda Media try to tell us.

If Romney is elected he has promised to “keep the best parts” of Obama”care” and send it back to each of the 50 States, resulting in the Death Knell of each of the 50 States that choose to keep the Obama”care” Death Knell.
Right now there is a 50-50 chance that Obama will get re-elected.

If Obama gets re-elected he will just declare, by Executive Order, that Obama”care” is legal, and thus the demise of America will be accomplished during his Reign of Obamanation.
If THE NINE SUPREMES knock down ANY part of Obama”care,” then Senate Minority Leader Son-of-a-Mitch McConnell and Esteemed Sobber-of-the-House Boehner will rush to replace the Court-damaged parts of America’s Death Knell.
The only possible positive outcome will be to ABOLISH FOREVER Obama”care.”
America cannot afford to continue Federal programs to buy votes with debt that we charge to our Grandchildren.

That's the problem. We should have been talking about this along time ago and by now we should have had a vote.
Hannity had two top lawyers on his show last night and both confirmed Obama has violated his oath of office. If we had leadership in congress they would have told Obama to recind this EO effective immediately or we begin impeachment proceedings.
Where is our leadership? We can not allow a dictatorship to take hold in our country. Not one of the three branches of government are abiding by our constitution. That is a MAJOR problem that the people will need to correct.
I've said this many times and I will keep saying it. It's time for the states to call a Constitutional Convention and reestablish our founding principles.
At our current rate it will not be long before our only options are to live in tyranny or civil war and nobody wants that.
I agree doing what is right is almost always the right thing to do. I wish the Congress would start be mailing a letter to the President defining the powers and limitiations of the Executive office and of the Congress. Then demand the President operate with the law he is sword to uphold and defend. If Obama”care” does survive, then I favor Regional Areas of the former United States of America. I think the States that the XL Pipeline will run through makes excellent sense for one Region, called The Texas Region. The Mississippi Region would be those States that the Mississippi River runs through. Pacific and Atlantic Regions are obvious, as are the Rocky Mountain States.
In this way people could vote with their feet and move to a greater or lesser degree of personal Liberty.
The Great Experiment of forcing the United States of America back into the European Feudal System began with FDR’s Social Security System and will end with Obama”care.”

Just hold State Constitutional Conventions, split up the former USA into multi State Regions, and hold Fourth of July “Remember When Days” once a year, as we thank our lucky Stars that we in NO WAY are like Europe.
The headline is Kyl suggests impeachment. But he says “I don’t think at this point anybody is talking about that.”
Well, Obama said he was going to transform America. He’s transforming it into the turd-world hellhole his miserable family came from.
THIS is what happens when someone who does not value the traditions and history of this country gets elected.
This, in addition to every other attempt on his part to destroy America as we know it... It’s all coming to the fore for first-hand viewing. In November, we’ll see if the voters can pass what amounts to a simple IQ test.
I think that scenario is about the only way this country will have a future. It can't survive as a 50-state entity much longer.

This will not happen with Sen. Harry Reid as the majority leader and Sen. Mitch McConnell as minority leader. The Senate is a bunch of wussies.
OK, Kyl has made the first, tentative probe. Time to encourage YOUR congress-critter to publicly use the “i-word”.
Let’s build some momentum, people.
Whorehouse Harry Reid and his Senate gang would never support impeachment.
But having the House pass Articles of Impeachment would send a STRONG message to the American people that there has been wrongdoing and action is being taken, or at least attempted.
I hardly think impeachment would boost Obummer’s chances in November. The cheering from the American people would drown out the Obots shrieks.
