HELL YEAH!!! That’s exactly what I was thinking this morning. If he gave them his phone number, they would find something about it to lie about and try to discredit him. I wouldn’t give them one thing that is not required by Law. The witch on Morning Joe on MSNBC this morning was asking why won’t they release his tax returns. They can’t stand it; it’s driving them crazy.
I hope and pray that the Romney Team, with all the money they have, can dig up some real dirt on Obama and people on his Campaign Team and spring it on them this Fall. I mean something really nasty and dirty. I betcha they’re digging. I just hope they find something.

Romney should demand to see the last 12 years of 0bama’s returns, AND his college and high school transcripts.
He should be specifically asking for the Obama records which have not yet been provided. Quid pro quo -- if you want one from Romney, then provide this from Obama. Over and over again.
Romney should hammer the media that he has provided this, and this, and this, and this and this -- and they want MORE?? Well, where is Obama's stuff? Isn't it relevant? Isn't it important? Isn't it interesting?
He is absolutely correct and people like Bill Kristol need to shut up. Any Tax Return would be disected and distorted with the usual Obama lies. He’s better off taking the criticism for not releasing them. While he is at it, why doesn’t Romney and his team ask why Obama wont release his collecge records from Occidental, Columbia and Harvard?

I was thinking the Romney campaign was going to wait until after the convention to go after Obama in earnest... it may be wiser to start attacking now.

While I got a kick out of the clip of Hillary in the Romney defense commercial, it allowed Dems to replay what Romney said when Newt and Rick were getting defensive over Romney's attacks : “Get over it whiner” is what Romney said.
Now here's a clue for the RINO club : We can tell when you are winning (against obama) when we see Obama on the defensive, when you are on the defensive you look like just another loser.

Apparently Politico has DELIBERATELY left out the part of interview where Romney says he will release some more returns...

would be immediate complete release of the papers
AND DEMAND THAT THE undocumented TYRANT DO THE SAME,
Mr. RomneyCARE has chosen the weakest and worst.
Now, Mr. RomneyCARE removes yet another STRENGTH OF
CONSERVATIVES (the demand for transparency)
and meekly refuses to address the Tyrant’s lies.
Does anyone here doubt that the Obama camp already has his records and know what is in them. Hey, if they could everything about Joe the Plumber, they surely have this.
I guess one could say Romney won’t make them available, because he wants them to play that hand. I don’t know if all if this shadow boxing is going on or not. But a reasonable person could certainly think they have them and Romney knows they do.
He’s filed his taxes I don’t know if he has ever been audited, but if not one could assume they are in perfectly good order. If he has been audited, and there were issues the results should be public knowledge, liens, etc if there were any.
So I guess the question is, why all this baying by the Obama camp, since they can leak the info anytime they want, and why now. My guess is there is nothing much in them, not that couldn’t make a birthday card sound like an act of thuggery if they wanted, but if there were, they would be holding this till October. So maybe the best they can make of them is screaming for him to release them trying to create the idea he has something to hide.
I am inclined to think Romney paid all his taxes and the only thing in them is his charity giving which is pretty generous, and that with a treasury sec who didn’t pay the taxes on his gross up, they migh have some egg on their faces.
No one likes the IRS, so the idea that they are being used by the administration certainly would resonate particularly now with Obama care, I believe they can debit your account any time.
