Role playing games gone a bit too imaginative, huh.

It’s like, hopping up on that stage, he imagined himself part of the movie (the Joker in this instance). This is someone who appears to be equal parts nut and wicked.

They ought to let those who lost loved ones torture him to death very slowly. Justice and the law are different things unfortunately. I don’t want to hear what they found in his apartment, from his mother, what he ate for breakfast or what he thought about anything. The worst craziest homeless drunk under the bridge is a better man then him and worthy of more respect.

I’m calling BS. As part of his plan, he has clearly set himself up for an insanity plea but he isn’t so crazy that he can’t stand trial and face the executioner for his actions.

Someone like that is clearly not normal. Supposing he does skate on insanity, he ends up cooped up in a mental ward for life. Rather ignominious.

How can the director of the Batman movies apologize? He
approved of the violence in his movies and the same for the movie trailer by Warner Brothers pulled because it depicts the murder in a theater.

Every actor or actress should say no more to acting in any violent scenes.

To be frank, I don’t believe he or the others anticipated a nut aping the villain in the movie, and if characteristic of Batman movies the good guys win. You might as well ban all villains in drama if you go down that road.

True, Nolan had no idea but now he must stop.

I haven’t seen the movie to be honest, I only heard there
are scenes where people, several, their heads are blown
off and one person, a bomb is placed in their mouth!

Hollywood is going to be judged, the messages from Heaven
say this Hitech. Watching an anniversary of the Oscars,
brief trailers of the various movies to win over the years, you can see the deterioration from the good and moral, we now look at mostly evil.

The Batman movies are more and more about fantasy lands, less realistic. But you don’t need an oracle to tell you if they dip into showing shockingly graphic forms of evil, that’s going to give a nudge to some unbalanced people. Still, why should unbalanced people get a heckler’s veto. That’s what the whole idea of movie ratings is about.

Could have thought he was Harvey Dent as well. Not to make light of the situation. But most Batman villains are insane.

***But most Batman villains are insane.***

And yet, in the 1960s the Batman series became more about the villains than Batman.
They became more popular as movie stars clamored to play a part of the evil villain.

The 60s TV show is different. That show was total camp, the villains weren’t insane like they had been and would again become in the comics, they were just silly. And actors love playing silly characters.
