I hate it hate it when I hear liberal groups talking about womens issues. Please stop lumping me in to your stupid, sweeping stereotypes and implying that, just because I am a part of the gender demographic that composes approximately half of the worlds population, I automatically agree with you. I dont. But thats the appeal of continuing this utterly dumb Republicans are waging a war on women meme, I suppose drumming up a false feeling of mass feminist solidarity and convincing the perhaps less-informed ladies of America that they have something they need to get outraged about.
Getting the full swing-state average-voter experience, I noticed this commercial on one of the closed-captioned television screens at the gym yesterday (by far my greatest exercise was in self-restraint, not taking off my sneaker and chucking it at the tv), but it doesnt look like its available in an embeddable version online yet youll have to follow the link to WaPo to watch.

judgment be gonna come, mon.
The fear is real because the mechanism to redistribute the health care is built right into the Obamacare law. There are committees set up, all over the county to oversee the distribution of health care services and make sure that traditionally under served communities receive a large share of the money and services. In addition, it mandates that 40% of the seats on charitable funds and trusts be filled by members of minorities to again, ensure that underserved communities of people get their “fair share”.
The more you wash those hands, the bloodier they they get.
This is a sexist ad.
To assume that the most important issue to women is contraception is ridiculous.
Guess my pretty little head is too full of feathers to think about the wars, the economy or any of those other ‘man topics’.
Yup! That’s all I need to know to make my choice for PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED FRIGGIN’ STATES.
I’ll go back to the kitchen now and muse about the only issue my widdow brain can wrap itself around. I am just a *girl* after all! :-D
Obama is right, it is a scary time to be a woman. His reasoning is wrong though. It is unbridled invasion of islam to the Land of the Free & the Brave that makes this a frightening time to be a woman.
Only thing that scares me is the thought of the government getting their nose in my healthcare.
Ask Chas Bono...
Hmmmm, I think it's a scary time to be Obozo alone in a room with you! lol
IF “Jenni” wants to spread her legs & get her rocks off.....
.... pointing out that this is a physiological impossibility.
<ducks, hurries out>
I know plenty of women who are scared that Democrats are trying to turn females into men — by getting them into military combat, denigrating the raising of children, and trying to get their daughters to be lesbians.
Ain’t that the truth.
” Obama ad: Its a scary time to be a woman
Barack oughta know....
Here in Northern Nevada the DNC is repeatedly running a TV ad featuring a plain-jane thirty something woman pitifully expressing her fear at the prospect of Mitt Romney becoming president. The poor hapless woman frets she would be denied free contraceptives and abortions. I hope the DNC continues to squander its funds on this lame ad. It assumes that women are victims of sexist Republican men
Especially when particularly the democrat establishment would faciltate the advance of woman hating islamism.
Only because the men are being systematically turned into weinies and fags. We need real men that are not representative of Obama and his metrosexual gang of fools. That is when it is scary when women like Sara Palin and Michelle Bachman come off as far stronger and braver than most of the men around.
Oh, your wife has the same fears I do. Deny me two different meds I’m stuck with after my bout with cancer and I’m a goner.
shucks, it is a scary time to be a straight man or woman.
in boston and chicago u can’t open a business unless u are a fudgepacker. oops i meant gay.
