Those folks are REAL TIRED...most flew in last Sat and Sun, delayed by Isaac on Monday and then a full session Tues and Wed.
Other than being in the hall, those delegates have to sleep, eat, bathe and be transported to and from the hall. Lots of them are staying all the way out on the beach, India River I think is the area.
Oh, I forgot...you know darn well they are out after the session and having some adult beverages. I bet 75% of ‘em are hung over with a bad stomach and only 4 hours of sleep.

This is my first look at Portman. I’m real glad Romney didn’t pick him for veep. I guess the conventioneers are under orders to howl like baboons every time a speaker completes a point. Otherwise they would be snoozing.
