Do "Get Out the Republican/Conservative Vote" Calls for Romney from the Comfort of Home!

Get out the vote is one of the most important things a campaign does to win an election. With 8 days to go before the election, this effort matters more than convincing the few undecided voters out there. Winning is now all about who has the best ground game and you can be a part of that vital effort.

To help with Romney's get out the Republican vote effort go to his website and sign up to make get out the vote calls into the swing states using your free cell long distance. They provide the numbers, the names of the voters and a script focused on getting Republicans to do early voting. This is a great way to contribute to ending Obama's Reign of Error, especially if you can't afford to make a campaign donation. Instead, you can donate a little time.

All you need to do to sign up is go to Romney's website http://www.mittromney.com. Then under "In Your Community" click on "Make calls." Or the link showing below the title should get you right to the sign up page. You'll then go through a quick, one time registration process. Once registered, click on "Begin calling" near the top.

Once you click "Begin calls" you enter your cell number and the computer will bring up the name and number of the person you're to call. You just let the computer do the dialing for you on every call! You don't need to dial each time and you don't need to disconnect your phone until your done calling for the day! It couldn't be easier. You'll be calling Republican voters in various swing states, so you won't be dealing with Democrats who might get vile.

The calls are quick, easy and most people are glad to hear from you. Making these calls WILL make a difference in which side wins and which side loses. Get out the vote can make the difference between a close election and a blow out election--and definitely in whether we get 4 more years of Obama's incompetence, extremism and dishonesty. Please just take a few minutes a day between now and the election to make these calls and then know if Obama loses you helped bring him down! Thanks!

This is a great way for people in non-swing states to help out. In years past, despite being in NYS, I was able to sign up to call in the swing states. We can’t afford four (or more) years of Obama. Join me in stopping him before all of America looks like “the City of Evil.”

Everything that goes on before that is of secondary importance and NO ONE should think any of them are worth dying over.

Which post was that? You mean where I asked the Romney bashers to forebear? I had posted this request to do GOTV about a week ago and got someone who posted kind of a rude reply. There are plenty of places for that on Free Republic. I just felt like a request to help GOTV wasn't the place for yet one more of these broadsides. And I am rather astonished that this late in the game there are still conservatives who are so obstinate or unable to accept the outcome of the primary that they'd not vote to rid us of the Obama scourge, especially with the conservative tone of Romney's message during the campaign. But hey, that's their right I guess.
