Even if we can’t “fire” Boehner, this activity should help stiffen his spine a bit, against Obama!

Light it up, let it fall, do whatever is necessary to collapse the entitlement mentality. A man chooses his time for pain, instead of letting it happen later, 10 times worse. Sissies, all of them.

Schweikert is a coward. If we don’t start SOMEWHERE, they’ll just walk all over us. This the first battle, and this is the first battle we should fight OUR way. If you go the way the Dems want you to, you will no longer have any credibility.

All this really tells us is that Schweikert has been broken and tamed by Boner.

Jim Jordan was raised in Champaign County, Ohio, graduating from Graham High School in 1982, where he was a four-time state champion in wrestling with a career record of 150-1. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, where he was a two-time NCAA wrestling champion. He later earned a Master’s degree in Education from the Ohio State University and a Law Degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.

Beat (eventual) two time Olympic Gold Medalist (wrestling legend and current OSU coach) John Smith in NCAA finals. Not one to shy away from a fight. Go JJ!!!!

Do it anyway. It is no longer enough to warn the rinos, we must now show them resolve. They have proven themselves to cower under intimidation and harsh rhetoric. The time to play is over.

Besides, who here doesn’t see Boehner caving in the next few days. All this negotiation is simply to sting people along, give him time to intimidate conservatives as opposed to liberals, and maybe negotiate a golden parachute for himself.

Got to know when and where to fight your battles. This is a goner. The voters want to “tax the rich”. ...period. It polls really well. Not only that the rich want to tax the rich. Most of the millionaires on the east and west coasts voted for Obama. Hey if they don’t care why should we? Its like fighting for a Muslim country...they don’t want our help.

The problem is: If you have the fiscal cliff [and] these other major, major issues much more important to the survival of your country, do you, sort of, do you light it up for your own vanity.'""""".......

So, everything that has been said in opposition to Boehner is just ALL SHOW, no GO? TALK tough, do nothing? We thought so.

Heck yes, LIGHT IT UP, it's not your vanity that is at stake.

Way to go FReepers. Destroy the Republicans, one by one.

Unless we’re going into full revolution mode, with guns and gallows, press Boehner to do the right thing. Put the pressure on him.

What the hell makes everyone think that trashing what’s left of the republicans will bring anything good? Look where it got us with the election. Well done, simpletons.

The thing to do, and it’s quite simple... is to do absolutely nothing, but of course, since taxes will be raised on the middle class (which, supposedly Obama was fighting against, and can use this against the Repubs), the Repubs NEED to articulate better on how this is what the Dems wanted, and the Repubs wanted no part of it.

I was way ahead of most freepers here warning (posting comments) to get rid of Bohner after the 2008 Dem win, late 2008 and early 2009.

After 2010 it was impossible to do it, yet Bohner did nothing toward that R house win, it was natural reaction to an all Dem gubment.

And he did suffer a small loss this past election
But I figure now it will really be tough to get rid of him.
No one wants to fight for THAT job.

I used to do a Pelosi ping on the dumb things she said, but with a split government she beats Bohner hands down in a fight. She is a passionate fighter who believes in her lib mission, destroying Republicans first. What is Bohner there for?

as per the great one, the house should simply pass a bill cutting the lower 2 rates and go home

” press Boehner to do the right thing. Put the pressure on him.”

And just what planet are you living on? The only “pressure” Boner needs to feel is the wind from the door that’s being closed behind him as he changes offices having been voted out as Speaker. Boner wouldn’t know “the right thing” if it bit him on the ass!

Why is everyone blaming Bonier? He’s like the last guy left standing up to Obama. What’s he fighting for anyway? Freepers hate him. The rich love Obama. He should pack up go home and enjoy Christmas. Tell everyone to smoke some more hopium and call him when they hit bottom.

Not only that the rich want to tax the rich. Most of the millionaires on the east and west coasts voted for Obama. Hey if they don’t care why should we?

You don't actually think that Soro, Buffet and the rest of these rich are actually going to PAY these taxes?

What this endorsement, and donations to Rat campaigns, buys is immunity from publicity of the special targeted tax loopholes especially for these scum. They don't pay, get subsidies, and the public NEVER finds out. It's nice to own the MSM.

That and the government crushing any up and coming competition.

Tax the rich will guarantee that these rich pay even less and WE pay much more.

This is why Boner is not ready to “make his deal” with the WH clown just yet. Right after the vote he will be all ready to reach a “bi partisan deal” with said clown.

IMO, the Republicans should pass one bill that entends the Bush tax rates for everyone except for the top rate and make them PERMANENT and tie this bill to eliminating the AMT and add something else the Republicans want to this bill - dare Reid & 0bama not to pass it.

Then pass a second bill that extends the Bush tax cut for the upper income taxpayers and add something the Dems want - let the Dems and 0bama shoot this bill down, so they own the tax raises on the “wealthy” & small businesses.
Athough the higher rate will affect me personally, the permanent tax rates will help future generations including my children.

Then use the debt ceiling debate to cut spending, threaten to shut down the government by not raising the debt celing if there are no spending cuts.
