Sotomayor Ruled in Favor of Muslim Inmate’s Ramadan Dinner But Rejected Christian Hobby Lobby

Justice Sotomayer ruled in favor of Muslim inmates but ruled against Christian business owners.

The Supreme Court denied a request by Hobby Lobby, a Christian-owned company, to shield the company from the controversial contraceptive mandate. Justice Sonia Sotomayor rejected a request for an emergency injunction that would have shielded employers from the mandate. Hobby Lobby could face fines of up to $1.3 million a day if they do not comply to the Obama mandate.

Yet, as Laura Ingraham pointed out, in a previous case Sotomayor ruled for a Muslim inmate who was denied Ramadan meals.

The equation is easy - if you are NOT a Christian, then the rules shall be suspended for you. But Christians have to abide by the most restrictive of newly written covenants, because, doncha know, they have been too big a head start in this country already, and they have to be taught to share power.

Islam does not share power, nowhere in the world, once they achieve it. For them, it is strictly a one-way deal. And Sotomayor is an enabler.

Sotomayor is irrational and unconstitutional and should be impeached as most of the judges who “think” in Marxist (irrational) ways—They “reason” with lies and arbitrary thinking not based in Reason and Absolute Truth—”God’s Laws”. There is no “Constitutionality” to their “opinions”.

Reason (with the understanding of God’s Laws (Natural Law Theory—there is a Designer) HAS to exist in Rule of Law-—which is what this Republic demands in its Supreme Law.

We are living in an Alice in Wonderland World-—where “up is down”-—Good is Evil. There is no logic or reason on the majority of the Supreme Court Bench today and most courts in the States. They are corrupt and sick. It is sad. The Constitution (Right Reason) is totally being ejected.

Then she had to be ruling with eyes wide open, that whereas the other appellant was a respected Moslem, this appellant is a despised conservative Christian -- and Obamacare was involved.

Barky's already put out the word: Catholics have to "hypocritize" themselves, to falsify their beliefs in practice and abjure their God. They uphold untenable, objective standards of truth and must be shown their errors -- or at least forced to comply with the Will of the Hive Mind.

There's no difference here between being forced to commit abortions, on the one hand, and forced on pain of death to celebrate the official religion by burning offerings on the public altars in the time of Pliny the Younger.
