That’s a dodge, Jeb. Where do YOU stand on it?
No....There is no such thing as gay marriage. Period
It appears to me that this is a matter of belief, a matter that is clearly covered by the First Amendment.
Jeeze, just like Rand, JB refuses to say if or not he supports DOMA.... more bla-bla-bla dancing with his words.
This is what we got in GOP;
Do you support DOMA and if not 100% then which parts??
No kidding! This is just another of the States rights issues that will come up in the coming years. It is nice that one of our Republican leaders thinks that this is fact but it is not so among the rest of our so called Republican Representatives or Senators.
When these folks decide to transfer the power to the Federal Government they are deciding that they do not have the power (or want it) to change things (can you say that public opinion or the current way the wind blows - no beliefs) That means that what they believe has no bearing on what they will vote for but they will acquiescent to the Federal Government.
You not only need to realize that but vote accordingly.
I'd rather listen to W pontificating.
OK Jeb should the federal government recognize those marriages in all the vast areas where they have to decide the validity of relationships, such as the military, or with huge numbers of federal employees, how about when a couple moves to DC, or applies to immigrate to America, how about testifying in federal cases?
No law at any level should be established that forces the citizen to support and service homosexual behavior.
As far as I’m concerned, govt has no business in the affairs of marriage.
Bush I set about the destruction of the conservative movement, Bush II almost finished the task, Bush III will finish the task along with the likes of Ann “man neck” Coulture, Sean, and McCain.
The DHS has a standing army to deploy against Americans who resist the fascist takeover of America and the New World Order.
They will bleed us dry and leave us in ruin, and to finish my screed I leave you with this, Mooseshell Obama will run on the democrats ticket to replace her husband at the end of his term.
Fence sitting is rough on the nuts.
I do not give a f*** about anything you think, Jeb.
Yes, the Constitution, particularly the 10th Amendment, is optional. /s
Jeb needs to read more:
“Once again, Section 3 of DOMA provides: In determining the meaning of any Act of Congress, or of any ruling, regulation, or interpretation of the various administrative bureaus and agencies of the United States, the word marriage means only a legal union between one man and one woman as husband and wife, and the word spouse refers only to a person of the opposite sex who is a husband or a wife. The key point here is that this provision defines the word marriage only for purposes of federal law.”

Jebbie favors states rights when it’s convenient for a Bush; otherwise, he is nationalist and statist to the core. Much of our national woes are a result of failed Bush policies and appointees.
Does anyone care what Jeb Bush thinks?
Sorry Jeb, but God ruled on that issue a very long time ago.
The “I am personally against it, but...” crap didn’t help unborn babies at all.
Stay out da bushes.
STFU Jeb.
This position is surrender. Either marriage is defended on every level, or the republic is finished.
“. . . Virtue, morality, and religion. This is the armor, my friend, and this alone that renders us invincible. These are the tactics we should study. If we lose these, we are conquered, fallen indeed . . . so long as our manners and principles remain sound, there is no danger.” — Patrick Henry
