Also notice how he refers to his staff. Not by name. "People!" He probably has no idea what their names are. Typical narcissist.

Contrast that with Bush, who probably knew the names of every one of his staff. Not only would Bush have managed to smoothly ad lib while they scrambled for the papers, he would have graciously taken the paper from his aide with a "Thanks, Frank".
