I’m not goign ot be able to watch hte trial- I’ll be yellign all the way through it- He’s being truied in florida, and as we’ve seen victims always becoem the perps in florida, whiel the perps becoem hte victims- George is toast unless his lawyer can convince a jury otherwise, but htis is NO small task as the prosecution i nthe casey anthiony case gave very compellign evidence that she weas guiklty, but some jurors were too stupid to understand that
It’s difficult to watch. It almost seems like he’s trying to negate the prosecutor’s drama-filled opening statement with the facts of the case, but doing it badly.
West if finally getting on track —
Is there another attorney on Zimmerman's team that can hopefully bring some facts of this case, instead of telling all the times of phone calls, etc?
His manner of speaking & body language is terrible. Hope he won't keep droning on & on for long.
He's not doing a very good job at this time.
Fyi...the whole trial will be shown on HLN. They take a lot of commercial breaks but they pause the action and start up again where they left off. You don’t miss any testimony but not quite live.
West...one of Zimmerman’s lawyers. He is boring, confusing, making no sense, was admonished by the judge almost immediately and cracked a really stupid knock-knock joke. He has also corrected himself several times. Maybe he’s really working for the prosecution...he’s sure not helping Zimmerman!
ON other pages, they are saying this guy works for the state, not the defense. No one can follow this guy...he keeps doubting his own statements...it’s unbelievable.
So far, listening to Mr. West has been worse than listening to a speech by JUNIOR (I mean Barack Obama).

The angle of bullet penetration, plus any blood splatter on Zimmerman's clothing and on the ground, will show that Trayvon was on top of a prone Zimmerman, at an angle that would facilitate Trayvon pounding on Zimmerman.
