I tend to agree, perhaps we should reform under the banner of the Constitution party? I’m sure there is more than enough of us to take over that party.

According to one source I’ve read on FR, it does indeed include restrictions on Congress’ power over raising the debt ceiling. I’d like to find some confirmation on that, however.
