Mark Witaschek, a successful financial adviser with no criminal record, is facing two years in prison for possession of unregistered ammunition after D.C. police raided his house looking for guns. Mr. Witaschek has never had a firearm in the city, but he is being prosecuted to the full extent of the law. The trial starts on Nov. 4.

Two words: Jury Nullification. We need to educate as many people as possible on the real rights and nobel power of juries as the citizens recourse against outrageous laws and prosecutions. I am against selective enforcement of the law and activist judges, but it is the right of the people, in the form of jury nullification, to see that their fellow citizens are treated with real justice.

Just one more reason why you NEVER EVER go through a gun dealer to buy a firearm, period! Once you fill out that 4473, you become a target and public enemy to the feds. And always pay cash for ammunition and cleaning, reloading, and anything related to firearms. If you think the law and the Constitution protect you, think again. The government wants you disarmed, and not for your own protection. The biggest threat to the federal government are the people of the United States.

If you have a vengful ex, best to be squeaky clean.

D.C. cops are thrilled to have ANY excuse for an excercise.

Law and common sense are never a factor.

Tempting to have an “odd shaped” doorknob, with a sign reading, “pull pin to ring bell”.

You mean a doorbell button like this?

"My advice: move, get out of town.

Tis sound advice however, at what point do we quit retreating?

There is an old adage about being in a war and your chances of winning when you aspire to a battle plan that is based on "whatever territory that is controlled the enemy belongs to the enemy and whatever territory that is controlled by me is negotiable..."

I believe the technical term for such is called, "losing"...

Mix in the Chinese Tallow and they would rot where they’re standing. Wouldn’t even drop when hit.

Or the fact that you are surrounded by sewage and need to relocate to a red state if nothing else for the benefit to your children.

More sound advice. However I can tell you from experience that colors on a map are not permanent. If you don't believe me check my profile for my State. I was told in 2012 it was hardcore Red. And I kept saying, "ahhh no its not its not even kinda red. Its purple and slowly changing to blue!"

Somebody needs to tell the Ex, Mr. Witaschek may be a 18 carat gold plated sumbitch, but her false narrative placed her children in danger. If she cares anything for them, she should quit that crap.

“Unregistered”?!
My father had warned me that this was coming (serial #s on bullets) over the phone about 5 years ago..
I have read a couple of stories within the last couple of years... but is it actually happening now?
Impressed that they got ‘casings’ correct..

One of the more dangerous hazards to law abiding men is a scorned woman. They file charges alleging battery, which they pull when they realize that will hurt their bottom line.

You ask, "at what point do we quit retreating?"

You leave territory that is lost. Washington DC is lost. Detroit is lost. Chicago is lost. New York City is lost. San Francisco and Los Angeles are lost. Atlanta is lost. Jackson, MS is lost. Flint is lost. Memphis is lost.

I could go on, but I think you get the drift. The large urban areas infested with racism and liberalism are irretrievable. Living in or investing in these areas is simply a losing proposition. The power structure will not allow growth or give a white man who is exercising his rights justice. Accept the inevitable and move to an area where America still exists.

The real purpose of this is to harass, intimidate and persecute normal, law-abiding non-violent citizens so they will not possess firearms.
Meanwhile, they deliberately and intentionally leave guns in the hands of violent criminals so they can overpower the non-violent people and do and take whatever they want.

Why did it take 30 cops to raid his home?

"Why did it take 30 cops to raid his home?"

Because that's all that were available....the rest were still on paid 'traumatic leave' after their last 'dynamic entry'"

If they push too hard, the enforcers of ObamaCare are going to need some Emergency ObamaCare when all is said and done...

Which will fortunately lead to a beaurecrat sitting behind a desk, that will determine if that enforcer will need to go through the death panel first, before seeing a doctor for any injuries sustained in such an enforcement operation...
