Last night on Fox News's Special Report, Juan Williams singlehandedly raised the bar for what qualifies as world-class failure in blame-shifting. Williams excused the mind-boggling incompetence of the Obama administration's HealthCare.gov implementation by claiming that "massive opposition (to Obamacare) from the Republicans" caused fearful system architects to "roll it out and see how it works for now." Gosh, the only thing that remains is for President Obama to say that these poor programmers were "held hostage" by GOP press releases and speeches.
The New Normal.
Juan has reached a new low for stupidity. The roll out of Obozocare was by Obozo’s timetable, and the GOP “shutdown” (actually, Obozo and Reid’s shutdown) had nothing to do with the roll out.
Juan must be getting those famous leg tingles.
The rollout date was set by the 0boyIWon administration, Juan.
And don't forget
Who set the date for individuals? OBAMA
What a pathetic excuse. It was rolled out as scheduled.

Frankly, I think the programmers couldn't concentrate because of the Arabs in the nearby seats.
So, I am a Software Engineer, and have worked on many Enterprise level applications.
I have never once heard of Engineers, System Architects, or anyone in IT, for that matter, being the ones who called the shots in terms of deployment. It has always been the “Business” side of the house calling the shots, and making the decisions about when a product will roll out.
If this is the truly the case for the ObamaCare website, get ready to see much more massive fail before they can ever turn this around.
Actually, Juan knew the schedule was set by the administration. He actually said that the administration wanted to delay implementation, but because those nasty ol’ Republicans were also demanding delays, the admin just had to roll it out anyway (presumably either to show that the Repubs can’t push them around, or that they can’t be seen to agree with the repubs in any way).
What delusion! The GOP gave them the chance to work on the whole program’s rollout for another year with their second budget offer. Both the shut-down and the not-ready-for-beta-test website could have been avoided if Obama and Reid hadn’t been stiff-necked fools.
Before the media is through, they will be claiming the GOP designed the website.
The Increasingly Stupid. Does Juan really think this completely incompetent administration is actually aware of any criticism? I don't. Obozo is insulated by his own ideological stupidity and arrogance, as well as his spineless sycophants.
“Juan has reached a new low for stupidity.”
Juan Williams is to Black Hispanic listeners as Alan Colmes is to the NYC Liberal Jewish Community. There isn’t 100 points of IQ shared between the two of them. I often wonder how much FNC pays his sister-in-law, Monica Crowley to “debate him” with a straight face. And I wonder if she ever goes to her sister’s for dinner. I know I couldn’t.
After a gloomy dark month of GOP infighting and Dem uniting and thenthem gloating over their opponents the GOP incompetence, the sun finally comes out.
Obamacare was finally born.
‘You broke it you own it’ Powell used to say about Iraq.
That doesn’t make any sense. Why would the GOP push for a delay if the Dims were wanting a delay? Juan, and the other talking heads for the dims are all liars.
Start the clock - “Bush’s fault” will soon be heard.
Geez and he gets paid.
I guess the fact that not one Republican, even the establishment squishes, Voted for the thing would give them a hint.
