Not content to be left on the sidelines of any controversy, Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. is sticking his nose into the Phil Robertson affair.
Jackson, clearly unhappy that only homosexual activists have had the stage thus far, attacked the star of A&E’s reality show “Duck Dynasty,” claiming that Robertson’s comments to GQ reflect “white privilege.”
Jackson even absurdly compared Robertson to the bus driver who ordered Rosa Parks to move to the back of the bus in a statement obtained by ABC News:
“These statements uttered by Robertson are more offensive than the bus driver in Montgomery, Alabama, more than 59 years ago”Jackson went on to state that,
“At least the bus driver, who ordered Rosa Parks to surrender her seat to a white person, was following state law. Robertson’s statements were uttered freely and openly without cover of the law, within a context of what he seemed to believe was ‘white privilege.’”Uh, Jesse, to "utter" free speech, any American already has the "cover of law". It's called the First Amendment.
Does this race-hustler make things up as he goes along? At least he could have made his latest absurdity rhyme.
According to ABC, Jackson is demanding A&E to uphold Robertson’s suspension and wants an immediate meeting between his professional shakedown group Rainbow/PUSH and A&E and Cracker Barrel executives.
And remember, folks -- Jesse expects you to bring your checkbook.

Neither Jesse nor Al Sharpton are Reverends. Neither graduated from divinity school, neither has ever had a church, neither has ever had a congregation. In fact, Sharpton was “ordained” at age 10 by a DC preacher and he has perpetuated the lie ever since. Both are a disgrace to those who earned the title.
He has become a caricature of himself, and he was a d-bag to begin with.
