Attorney General Eric Holder said at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing today that President Obama is open to using an executive action to push through gun-control and/or associated mental health measures that haven’t found approval in Congress.
Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), one of the top proponents of new gun-control measures in Congress, noted that Obama only made a “very brief” reference to gun violence in his State of the Union address.
“But I hope, and I hope you will join me in the view that the president remains completely committed to ending gun violence in this country, adopting common sense sensible measures like background checks and mental health initiatives; a ban on straw purchases and illegal trafficking,” Blumenthal said to Holder at the Justice Department oversight hearing.

I wasn't saying (asking) that.
I meant : What if we not comply with Obama’s exec orders when they contradict the actual written law?
In many cases it might take a lawyer to make sure if they do.
There should be a conservative legal fund that would defend against prosecutions in those cases to make a point.
There probably not that many cases where this will work.

Moot point. In our Republic, where the Constitution SHOULD be the law of the land, EVERYONE (and I’ll even go w/ the whittled down 18+) would be able to carry, IF they wished. That could be administrators, custodians, teachers AND visitors...all ‘ready’ to defend and protect the little ones and each other. All at a cost of $0 to John Q. Public and the taxpayer.
There is NOTHING else that needs to be done that get gov’t OUT of the way of our Rights.

Anybody with one eye and half sense knew this was coming. The only question was when. The question yet to be answered is what are we going to do? And if the past is any judge of the future that answer is a big fat nothing. Oh, a few of us will resist but we will be crushed like bugs, the only satisfaction we will get is that we will die on our feet fighting instead of on our knees begging.
What I noticed is the “vein” seems to move from one pic to the other. Maybe compile several pics and show how the “vein” moves around? THAT would be convincing!

If you're looking to congress to take action, we all know Senate Dems will never be a party to it.
