Urgent Prayers Needed for RedMDer's Beautiful Wife, Lynn [Update 214, 269, 373, 502. 551]

Our good friend, RedMDer's beautiful wife, Lynn is in ICU at a hospital in Baltimore, MD.
Yesterday, the news RedMDer received from two doctors was grim, but today, another wonderful doctor said that he thought her condition was "treatable." PRAISE GOD!

According to the note I received from Steve just a little earlier tonight, he thought they might start Lynn on chemo tonight!!!

I am not privy to all the details and it's not my business, but please, please, pray for Lynn's complete healing, and add some prayers for RedMDer(Steve) their two, beautiful adult daughters and their two darling granddaughters.

Lynn has been to so many doctors over the past two years and now this. At least we have hope.

The past few days have been busy here; running errands, talking to drs, etc.
We are set to go to radiation again today followed by a visit to the oncologist.
It will be another long day again for Lynn.
God give her comfort and strength.

A big Amen to that. Lynn certainly needs the strength and patience to fight this disease. It is very tiring, uncomfortable and frustrating for her.

I’m pretty sure you all know that I keep in contact with RedMDer (Steve) and I’ve heard from him earlier this evening. He told me I could update you all, and so I am and I want to ask for more prayers for his beautiful Lynn.

He took her to the ER on last week on Thursday due to a fever. She is still hospitalized in Oncology being treated for infections, low blood cell counts and low mineral and vitamin counts.

Swallowing is a big problem due to radiation effects on her esophagus causing pain, inflamation, weight loss and dehydration.

She and Steve both hope to go home soon but he doesn’t know precisely when. Perhaps tomorrow, we so pray!

The treatment for this cancer drains her.

On a good note, Lynn appears to no longer need the oxygen mask or nose thingee! She just needs be free from all infections and be able to eat.

God bless and keep them both and dear God, please sustain sweet Lynn’s strength. She’s a fighter and Steve is treasured here.

May the Angels encamp around Lynn and flutter their wings in prayer for Lynn’s healing and also for her to be confortable. May the Lord give Lynn strength and peace in going through all this. May the Lord grant Steve graces that he will need to continue to be strong, courageous and wise.
