Boehner Tea Party Challenger Fired Over Anti-Boehner Ad (the Establishment axe comes down!)

House Speaker John Boehner’s tea party primary challenger J.D. Winteregg has been fired from his position as adjunct professor at Cedarville University in Ohio due to his recent viral web ad accusing Boehner of “Electile Dysfunction,” The Daily Caller has learned exclusively.

The racy ad, which was a smash hit on the Internet, was cited as the direct reason for his firing, a senior Winteregg advisor tells TheDC.

When Winteregg began his campaign, he was told by many in the political establishment that he would never work in Ohio again. Winteregg needs between 40,000 and 50,000 votes in the May 6 Ohio eighth district congressional primary to knock Boehner out of his own re-election race in November.

Must be the close proximity to Yellow Springs and Antioch.

Sue them.

Cedarville University will be renamed J.D. Winteregg University.

I’m not saying he shouldn’t be. I’m saying it still requires the responsibility to look at the replacements.

Is there only one challenger?

Sounds as if you’d oppose term limits. Former Ohio Rep. Dave Hobson used to say they wouldn’t work because most citizen legislators just didn’t understand how things worked in Washington. Bwahahahaha!!!!!!!!

Isn’t FReeper Eric Gurr in the race?

Nope. Just in favor of due dilligence. Too many people voting for random “change” rather than a candidate they actually support.

It’s the other side of just voting for the incumbent, and both those sides are a danger to democracy. That we have a Republic just means that any mess with not vetting candidates gets kicked upstairs and made bigger right off the bat.

What does that tell us? You will support who we tell you to support or we will ruin you. Some of these people need to be reminded that Aaron Burr got pretty upset over this kind of thing.

I got this email from my tea party group today. Excerpting, “Saturday JD Winteregg went to Indy for the NRA convention and met with Mark Levin.... Be on the lookout for another ad coming out in the next day or two regarding amnesty. JD has a great idea for immigration reform.... There will be a final push on Saturday May 3rd at 9am at the Tea Party Leadership Fund’s office on Cincinnati-Dayton Rd. Please take some time to go and help. Butler County accounts for 50% of the vote. If you can go please call Alan at 513 335 8417.”

Winteregg needs to hire a lawyer and sue for being fired for exercising his “Free Speech” rights.

JD Winteregg was the first candidate to announce he was running for Boehner’s seat. Then Eric Gurr announced also. I was at the last debate they had, when Winteregg won the Tea Party Leadership endorsement. These are both great guys, I told someone I wish they could job-share!!

I though long and hard about who I would support. I came to the conclusion that I would go with JD, simply because of that endorsement. It was a painful decision.

I feel that the Tea Party folks, myself included, have worked so hard to matter in the political scene, that if we can’t stick together and back one candidate, then all the work will be for nothing, and will give ammunition to people who say the Tea Party is dead.

It’s so “viral”, one from 2005 swamps it:

from Penny Little:

Politico hosts the anti-Boehner screed:

Change for change sake still requires some sense of what you are changing to...else you could go from a Tzar, to White Russians, to Lenninists.

Got it. Status quo gotta stay. Don't want no White Russians or Lennninnsts, no sir. Ohio, be very scared of getting worse that John Bohaner. VOTE ONLY FOR JOHN BOEHOENOR

Some kinduv advice you give, lepton.

If The Boehner isn’t primaried then vote for his Dim opponent in the general election. It is not possible that a Dim could be worse than that traitorous bastard.

Boehner has got to go. Far, far away.

In several ways, he's been as bad as Nancy. And not nearly as much fun to get mad at. To Constitutional conservatives, he's worse than a traitor. Whatever that is.

Or....

...instead of just deciding that a guy should be the candidate because he was fired, do as buckeye49, for example, did, and identify what the candidates actually stand for and have the talents to proceed, and THEN select the best candidate.

Yeah. That's the ticket. Go for it. (R2z cannot vote in Ohio.)
