RUNOFF? MCDANIEL, COCHRAN BOTH UNDER 50 PERCENT AS FINAL VOTES COUNTED [McDaniel leads]
Breitbart ^ | June 3, 2014 | by MATTHEW BOYLE

HATTIESBURG, Mississippi —With final votes still being counted, Tea Party-backed state Sen. Chris McDaniel is poised to force a runoff against 42-year incumbent Sen. Thad Cochran (R-MS) in the GOP primary here, likely prompting a three-week dash to the finish of an epic race between conservatives and the GOP Establishment.

"Whether it's tomorrow or whether it's three weeks from now we will be victorious,” McDaniel said during a speech to supporters here around 11:30 p.m. CT. Cochran did not plan to address his campaign rally, according to NBC reporter Kasie Hunt.

With 97.9 percent of precincts reporting, McDaniel was up nearly 3,000 votes at 49.6 percent to Cochran's 48.8 percent, according to the Associated Press.

The likely runoff follows an all-night nail-biter between Cochran and McDaniel that saw each candidate see-saw between winner and loser. McDaniel supporters at an event here were ecstatic, cheering loudly at the television whenever new results come in while a country rock band and bagpipe band take turns entertaining the crowd.

It’s not that way in Georgia. If you don’t vote in the general, you don’t get to vote in the runoff.

If that holds, and even if he has a few hundredths over 50%, he will win.

GHWBush deserved to lose.

Amen. I'll never forget the feeling of my entire blood supply turning cold as ice when I heard the post Gulf War #1 New World Order speech. I couldn't believe it at first, but he kept repeating those three words throughout the speech. Then I remembered his past affiliations as a Bonesman and with the CIA. He was already neck deep with the Council on Foreign Relations, too. That's the only way Ronnie was allowed to become the POTUS. To create the pathway for GHW Bush.

Bush 41 was antigun, too but he was quiet about it. Via EO he banned a number of extremely high quality firearms from being sold here. Like the H&K PSG-1 semi auto precision rifle. He choked off ammo too in the same manner or at least made it much more expensive. I think he stopped the uber cheap Chinese 7.62x39 from coming in, which is why the Russians still sell here. Maybe that's Russian ammo firms versus Chinese military surplus? I dunno for sure. I just know that GHW Bush was not the paragon of conservatism and freedom he's often portrayed as being.

Hinds still has four precincts out and percentages are skewed to Cochran big time.

They would still seem to be eligible and since Cochran already asked Dems to vote for him I can see his campaign targeting Dem voters who didn’t participate in the primary.

That’s what I’m afraid of :(

Have you all seen this:

@SenThadCochran: Welcome home, Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl. A grateful America thanks you for your service.

How out of touch can that old coot be?

If I were in ms. and on McDaniel’s team, this stupid tweet by Cochran would be front & center of any run off strategy. Just sayin.

Thank you so much, from our Patriot, Mississippi hearts, dearest penelopesire!

Please pass that onto Chris McDaniel's campaign. (or I will).

BTW, Channel 12 News at Noon, shows McDaniel with 50 %, at 100% counted, but with absentee's still left to count.

How are they seeing Hinds # when live link hasn't moved, still has four Hinds precincts out.

Follow live election results

This blatant cheating has got to stop. Recounts won't stop it, they simply put necessary votes in. But it's every close election any more with these precincts holding back until they know what they need.

Not sure..checked his Facebook page & according to them, they have updated Hinds count in, as of 2 hours ago.
So, they should be posted somewhere right?? Unless Barbour is giving the results directly to them after stuffing the boxes.
