BREAKING! There May Be Enough Invalidated Votes to Overturn Cochran Victory
Gateway Pundit ^ | 6/26/14 | Jim Hoft

The Chris McDaniel campaign has identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots have been cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

They need to look at my county as well. I can’t believe that nearly double the number of people voted in the primary runoff on the 24th than voted in it on the 3rd. Just sounds fishy to me.

Margin of victory is close to 6,700.

Well if there are over 1000 in one county alone, I think there will be well over 6700!!!!

Sounds to me that with the obfuscation by the Cochran folks, the voter fraud, the crossovers being illegal votes...

First off this invalidates the run-off election, second, it is going to cost the state of Mississippi money to punch the reset and do-over button and make it right...

And the call to do this is going to have to be done quick, bet those odds, and be scheduled quickly as well...

Either that, or just start going around and arresting, write citations, fine, whatever it takes to take care of the trash in that state, that simply committed the crime...

Seems like a reasonable expectation for the voters, both democrat and republican who did do it right...

Or, Cochran needs to resign...And force a new election for that seat...Figure those odds as well...

Here is the votes totals in the runoff:

"191,508 votes and McDaniel to 184,815. For you non math majors that means Cochran bumped his vote total up by almost 39,000 votes compared to McDaniel’s 29,000 vote increase in the run-off."

In the June 3rd primary, it was

"in the June 3 primary McDaniel garnered 155,040 votes and Cochran received 153,654 votes."

Both figures from This Link

In my county the ballots are numbered by the poll worker and that number is put by the name of the voter on the roll so that if questioned that ballot of that voter can be found and pulled.

Judging from the responses on this thread, there are apparently many places now were the secrecy of the ballot has been destroyed.

That's an interesting bit of information, especially since noone seems to be particularly upset about it.

That's great and I know that is McDaniel's people primary focus, but I bet there was a fair amount double and triple voting going on also, especially in Hinds county.

I think that 1,000 number relates to Hinds County, the biggest, and probably most compromised.

Chris McDaniel to Challenge Election Results - Breitbart, 24 June 2014

There were 24,889 votes cast in Hinds County in the runoff--17,927 were for Cochran and 6,962 were for McDaniel--but only 20,567 Republican voters are listed in Hinds County, according to the well-known Labels and Lists Voter Data Base. The extraordinarily high turnout in Hinds County is much more than what happened in Hinds County in the primary just a few weeks ago, when 16,640 total votes were cast--10,928 for Cochran and 5,621 for McDaniel.

So, if Cochran gained 7,000 votes in Hinds County from DEM stimulation, and 1,000 were invalid, one might project one out of seven DEM stimulated votes to be invalid on the same basis. I speculate that a generous projection, because Hinds was a focal point for the gang that is propping up Cochran.

June 3 Primary results:

C. McDaniel 49.5% 155,040
T. Cochran 49.0% 153,654

June 24 Runoff results:

T. Cochran 50.9% 191,508
C. McDaniel 49.1% 184,815

Cochran gained about 37,850 votes, and if 1/7th are invalid, that's about 5,400 total invalid. 5,400 is less than Cochran's margin of victory.

FWIW, I'm sure over 20,000 of the votes are "technically" invalid against an unenforceable Mississippi law, that implies "if you vote in a GOP primary, you have to vote for the GOP candidate in the general." Eligibility to vote in a primary requires an intention to support the party's candidate in the general. Unlike the unenforceable "intend to stick with the party" law, the "can't vote in both parties primary elections" law is enforceable.

Even if it gets overturned, Cochran and his campaign managers and the GOPe are still DESPICABLE.

That will NEVER change for me.

Then there’s the possibility that they’re still counting invalid votes in Hinds County....or have they stated that they’ve completed the count?

What does “Ballot Style (2)” mean? Does that indicate whether Dem or Rep ballot the first time?

Cochran gained about 37,850 votes, and if 1/7th are invalid, that's about 5,400 total invalid. 5,400 is less than Cochran's margin of victory.

McDaniel said that "over 1,000" were invalid in Hinds. What he didn't mention was "so far" and "for all reasons", since there is no way that his campaign has, at this point, examined even a small proportion of the voting books. He is likely throwing out "over 1,000" to indicate that it it going to end up as a big number.

McDaniel has said he needs money. It was noted in a story linked to on another thread. The link below is where I donated:
