There will be no more votes for Cornyn from the NHN household.”

No one in our household voted for Cornyn when he ran 6 years ago, this year’s primary nor will we in November. We also are not voting for our do nothing rep Olson. Can’t believe we can’t get better candidates in Texas.

Olson’s last two press releases: He had BBQ lunch with GHW Bush and he wants to impeach Holder. What about weighing in on the wasteful spending or all the illegals coming across the border?

It's obvious that the NHN household is (at least) 6 years behind the Grams A household. lol

We're catching up, though. My 12 YO son is the most conservative member. The kid's a fire-breathing conservative!

My rep's Marchant. He's good at issuing press releases, but he's too much of a back-bencher.

As the handicapping gets closer to election day, the Tea Party will be able to pick and choose among onerous RINOs, yet still get the Republican majority in the senate.

Once that is figured out, they can put the word out, for example, that the Tea Party should not vote for McConnell, or Graham, or Cochran, or Alexander. Likely to pick one or two, and just tell Tea Partiers to let them sink.

Yeah, they won the battle, but they still lose the war. Their powerful seat will go to a freshman Democrat, who will be easy to dispatch after six years.

And the RINOs are getting cut pretty close to the bone. If they lose just a handful in the senate, they may very well lose the leadership to conservatives, and then it is a whole ‘nother ball game.

Yep, that’s damn sure the way...... to cut off nose to spite your face.

Another couple of years of dem control and there won’t be anything left to recover. That my FRiend is unrefutable fact.

Just got back from early voting. Voted for Carr, among others.
Was busy at the Downtown West location.
However, I will not vote for Lamar under ANY circumstance.

McDaniel’s team says they have TEN THOUSAND papers of evidence. Even if that is exaggerated by double 5,000 papers is still a whole lot. As to McDaniel’s conceding that doesn’t look very likely anytime soon. In fact if he can convince a judge that anybody in Cochran’s campaign paid for votes Thad gets bounced under Mississippi law and that would leave McDaniel as the candidate. This is not over by a long shot.

As far as their adherence to basic Constitutional principles, we pretty much are in agreement. As far as other policies that's a toss up, but I`ll not vote Rat or Crat if there`s an alternative. That way they get an idea of how many Conservatives “jumped ship” due to the dominant Crat wing of that party. As far as I`m concerned, it`s not up for discussion, my vote, my decision, my finale answer, people don`t like it, DEAL.

Would McDaniel be better off finding a Democrat judge who supports Childers and would want the division in the public mind of the hapless GOP to continue?

TX does not have a None of the Above option. NV has or did. A write-in candidate in TX must officially file c. Sept. 1 with needed submission of signatures. And the signers cannot have voted in either party’s primaries this year. It’s too big of a hurdle to be much of an option. Besides, a lot of Texans are liberal too.
