Ben Carson Takes Major Step Toward Presidential Campaign Former neurosurgeon launches PAC, names national chairman

Ben Carson, the former neurosurgeon turned conservative sensation, is taking a major step toward a 2016 presidential bid by forming a political action committee and selecting the man who would run his campaign, The Washington Times has learned.
Emerging from two-days of meetings with supporters in Palm Beach, Fla., Dr. Carson told the Times on Friday morning he has selected Houston businessman Terry Giles to be his 2016 campaign chairman should he run and approved the formation of a PAC called One Nation.
“Now is the time to start all of the appropriate exploration and investigation, and put down the structure that is necessary,” Dr. Carson said in a phone interview.
Asked about the likelihood he will run for president in 2016, Dr. Carson said: “I would say we are definitely a step or two closer than we were a year ago.”

I’m not sure I know him well but what I’ve seen and heard of him suggests that he’d be an excellent candidate,far better qualified than Barack The Divine.If he’s pro abortion,pro amnesty or pro ObamaCare (three huge issues with me) my attitude might change however.
Carson is anti-2A.
I pray he does run. He’s a cool head in times of tyranny, conservative and a fan of the Constitution, for the people. I know he made a remark that some said means he’s not 2nd Amendment but he has clarified over and over that the government cannot be trusted if the people don’t have guns.

No he is not. His platform is on his page. His stance has matured if anything. You can contact his pseudo campaign manager if you want more details.

I’m attending a charity dinner in September at which Dr. Carson is the keynote speaker. I’m looking forward to hearing from him.
I saw a TV commercial in which he was advertising a web site for an organization which opposes obamacare.

Sorry can’t support a guy who isn’t sure what kind of weapons are OK for the average American to own and carry. Carson needs to get his feet wet by running for Congress or something.

Its not lies. I personally saw Carson talking about it and heard him say he’s not sure what kind of guns are OK for the Ameridan public to have. He’s toast as far as I’m concerned.
