AP Poll: Country Moves Towards GOP On Every Significant Issue

Although you wouldn’t know it from the lack of media coverage, or even the AP's own write-up of the poll (which gives new meaning to the phrase "buried lead"), a new Associated Press-GfK poll offers nothing but harrowing news for Democrats and the media who love them.

Buried in the "pox on both houses" rhetoric we're hearing from the media, what you will find in a little place I like to call Reality are the actual numbers, which show consequential movement towards the GOP on almost every issue voters are most concerned with.

On the question of who voters would rather see win control of Congress, since May, Democrats have lost a 6 point 31-37% advantage. Both parties are now tied at 33% -- a full 6 point shift towards the GOP in just 6 weeks..

Since May, on the issue of handling the economy, the public has moved 4 points towards the GOP: a 25-27% advantage has now grown to 30-24%. On the federal budget, the GOP is up a full 5 points, 28-23%. On healthcare, the GOP has cut the Democrats advantage from 8 to just 5 points, 27-32%.

On the question of who should handle immigration, there has been a complete flip to the GOP. In May Democrats led 29-23%; today the GOP leads 29-25%. On managing the federal government, Republicans lead 27-24%; when it comes to protecting the country the GOP nearly doubles Democrats with 33-18% advantage.

When it comes to handling America's image abroad and handling an international crisis, the GOP leads by 24-27% and 29-20%, respectively.

I know, right?? Makes you bang your head against a wall. I’d like to see the republicans at the lower levels win big again, like in 2010. Another 700 legislative seats would be nice!

This will help to keep most of the republican governors in their seats as well.

And just think what would occur if the corrupt MSM simply told the truth and expounded upon it.

Now, if the corrupt MSM hounded Obama as they did Bush, Obama never ever would have been elected in the first place. So, who's to blame? Obama for being Obama? Or the corrupt MSM for hiding Obama and facilitating all his anti-American activity?

Their beliefs might be moving, but I doubt many of them are moving their votes.

And Hillary would still win in a walk if she ran tomorrow given the brain-dead electorate.

I’m the least motivated in my adult life to vote for the GOP because of the (e) problem.

The term ‘GOP’ would give me hope at one time, but when I read it today I think of it in terms as Gutless Oooooold Party.

I worry about all the “drug-money” that will be turned into “get-out-the-vote” money, which will buy voter fraud on a scale we have never seen before.

Soooo.....Let’s not cocky.

Let’s be sure that all our polling places have plans to deal with massive voter fraud. Let’s supply “volunteeer” observers for those polling places and be sure that each volunteer has a camera.

Let’s also start asking every Democrat we meet if they would accept a “winner” elected using vote-fraud.

Yes indeed, the corrupt main stream media are guilty as hell in helping the Marxist group that calculated how to get this fraudulent Trojan Horse into the highest power position in the U.S. and the world. Just a tad less guilty are the Republican congresspeople who stood by and kept quiet and then voted for absurd legislation to has taken the country to the brink of bankruptcy. The Obama phenomenon could have been stopped in its tracks a hundred times over, if the fix had not been in among those who like to call themselves “journalists.”

Their beliefs might be moving, but I doubt many of them are moving their votes.

Exactly. A strong case in point is the Rasmussen poll. Week after week, and issue after issue, Americans are heavily opposed to Obama's and the dems' stances on virtually everything. Yet... look at the tracking polls and Obama is almost always within 5% of the break-even point.

Americans may not agree with most of the dems' stances, but they looooovvvvve dem summa dat free stuff!

There's gonna be panic out there"

Not if conservatives don't get to work. Even though people express conservative leanings when asked about their opinions, they still consider themselves liberal in many cases. There is also a large population of low information voters who are pushed by the left wing media during the election cycle propaganda escalation that always occurs.

If just one in five of the people who vote conservative would convert one person or recruit one new young voter we could overwhelm the liberal machine and it's fraud operation. But, unfortunately many people do little more than send email jokes about Obama to their friends or forward tons of articles that no one takes the time to read.

well we can’t win another 700 seats because we own the low hanging fruit already, but we can go 10 plus in the Senate and pick up maybe 20 House seats….which would really put Obama agenda in the morgue.
