I still don’t get this.
First, we have no filmed evidence of a “beat-down”.
Second, the “dragging” is lame IMO. The footage shows nothing but a man trying to get an evidently completely “unconscious” (or drunk) woman out of an elevator and down the hall all by himself. (Maybe he was a bit too drunk to pick her up, too - it’s not always easy to just pick up any person, anyway, much less dead weight.)
Geesh, enough with the comments as if he’s dragging her behind a truck bouncing off the ground.
You are insulting a good man. Paul LePage is the Republican Governor of the State of Maine. He is an old-school frenchman Mainer, who thinks that men who beat women are dishonorable and cowardly.
He was also the tea party candidate and has been Maine’s first hope for solvency and increased employment/friendly business climate in 40 years.
His lovely wife, Anne rode with the Patriot Guard riders all the way to DC to put wreaths on the graves at Arlington. In November. She is a stalwart supporter of Maine’s military families, as is the Gov.
