Of course, the president cannot “declare martial law”. However, the law means nothing, so if this gets thru regardless of not being a legal declaration, we are sunk...
Its taking place in a very small area in one city in one state.

As I have said, this is Dem-on-Dem violence. Democrat slave voters, in a town run by Democrats, in a state with a Dem Governor.
The LAST thing they want is a reminder of Democrats like Bull Connor going out across the airwaves.
The local protestors are already on video saying that Obama and the Dems sold them out, but you’ll note how the media is suppressing that, because it doesn’t fit the narrative.

I have no problem with martial law being called for. These people don’t know how to control their emotions let alone their mob actions...... It should have been called the first night after they rampaged the area. They all knew it would come to violence when it got started.
