VANITY:
This guy filed a Freedom of Information request which was denied. Apparently tipped by law enforcement contact (so he says).
Any way FR can verify?
Statute keeping records under seal for juvenile offenses in that state:

My impression of the shot pattern is different. Sure, you have the injury as a factor. Does anyone know if Wilson is left handed? It would make it easier for Brown to reach for the weapon from outside the vehicle. Also, under stress, you tend to pull down and toward your dominate side when shooting. If Wilson is a lefty, it would explain why the bullets appear to have “walked” up Brown’s right arm as he got closer.
Legal Eagles: if this goes to trial, can the defense of Officer Wilson get the juvenile records of St. Swisher Sweets?
Pushing social justice as an excuse to be used when diliberating crimes of color. A free card to loot and comitt crimes because of the color of thier skin
A few days ago on one of these threads, someone posted a news story out of the St Louis area where police were looking for 4 perps who attacked a man at a Home Depot. The perps repeatedly hit the man with a hammer while trying to steal from him.
There was a store video that had the perps on it. Two of the guys on that looked like Big Mike and his cohort. I believe this was a 2012 or 2013 incident.
OR that the first 4 shots were all along the right side of the body and not center mass.
It's almost as if Wilson was trying to avoid killing him until he got so close he had to aim for his head.
No matter if you are shooting a rifle, shotgun or handgun, you will first need to determine your dominant or master eye. The "dominant eye" is the eye you use for sighting purposes. The dominant eye is the stronger of your two eyes. The dominant eye will judge speed and range, and focus more accurately than your other eye.
That bogus police report with the four felony charges in St. Ann is actually for a Michael R. Brown who lives in Troy, MO - 47 miles away from Ferguson and 49 miles away from Wellston.
For those who don't believe me, check Case No. 13SL-CR12675-01, State v. Michael R. Brown at https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/base/welcome.do
The Michael R. Brown charged with those felonies was also born in 1997, which would make him seventeen this year. That's not the Michael Brown involved in the incident.
There are hundreds of criminal charges against 'Michael Browns' in Missouri.
Ruth Guerri?
This tidbit has been floating around FR - and only FR, other than some blog that popped out with it - since midday yesterday. If this were true, there's no way even the State Media could keep it suppressed.
I just do not believe it.
Thanks for the correction!
Does anyone have ANY info on the juvenile record, if there is one, of the Michael Brown that was killed?
I don’t understand why the police are so slow to get out relevant information that’d stop the MSM spin on this.
The store video alone shows state of mind and that the ‘gentle giant’ spin was b.s. That took a week to get released.
Level of injury to the officer is certainly relevant.
I believe you because I posted the Dorian info on another thread. I also posted info stating he began probation this year for a drug charge.
Wonder if he is in jail for probation violation?
If not, why?
In a situation such as the one under discussion... no one... I repeat no one... shoots to “wound”. No one also shoots to kill. You shoot to stop the threat... normally at center mass of the body (volleyball size sphere in the middle of the chest).
When you assume that the officer’s vision was damaged, any hit on the body is surprising.
bttt
Definitely...which is why I think this huge eye injury story is B.S.
Get Obama. He’s good at getting sealed records released to public.
had he lived, brown would have been guilty of first degree murder
He like trayon was guilty of assault and charged to attempt murder
Not in Eric Holder’s America.
Good question.
I am skeptical of any ‘information’ I hear about Brown’s juvenile records. Those records should be sealed.
