O’Hehir is the kind of white liberal whose rear end you’d like start kicking until you develop blisters on your toe. He and his ilk are basically responsible for most of the problems in the country. He is above all an extremely stupid person. But these stupid people have an outsize amount of influence. It is they and their kin in Washington who set the policies that kill America. They must be stopped.
I can’t tell you what a privilege it was when my father died while I was in high school and I had to get two part time jobs so I could pay my way through night school. Later when I had to transfer to days to complete my degree, I had to get to work at 5:00 AM to keep one of those jobs.
I led a very privileged life but I noticed that the privilege was a lot more visible the harder I worked.
So that phrase now is connected to race and to white privilege????

This kind of white privilege is a willful blindness, along with a passionate embrace of exactly the kind of aggrievement and victimhood that white people often claim to resent in others.
To believe dolts like O’Hehir, you’d have to believe white racists shadow blacks everywhere they go making them do poorly in school, get pregnant when they’re thirteen, have rap sheet as long as their legs by the time they’re eighteen, and force the guns into the hands of the black males who gun down other black males.

He needs to get in a room with five or six races and live with them all, use a common toilet, eat out of common dishes and do common chores in an isolated social unit for a year or two. Then he would realize that race means nothing really. We are all human beings. That includes white people.
I am proud of America and its culture, it was pretty much created by a motely crew racially, but the leaders who wrote our constitution were white, and so was there culture. I am proud of that. And if I make more money than the next man, its because I work damn hard for it, not because I am privileged.

Pay O’Hehir scant attention except to boot him in his white arse ocassionally as he deserves.The black ones can bend over for it to, they are cut from the same cloth as O’Hehir.
Equality is a communist myth, we all should be treated the same or elese we are “privileged”? Buahahahahahaha.! Human kindness among human beings is not a myth. O’Hehir seems to know little of it.
I don’t see white privilege. I do see black failure, and that failure of culture is rooted in a 70% illegitimacy rate and the habit of blaming bad results on others instead of themselves.
If a cop told me to get out of the road and I replied, “Fuck you, pig!”, my white privilege would put my white butt in jail. Blacks who believe otherwise have “black blindness”, and it is black blindness that damages their community, not white privilege.

There are certain things that you need to do in America to be successful that have nothing to do with race. Certain groups refuse to do them and blame their low circumstances on racism and “white privilege”. There are benefits to following the accepted rules of a culture and disadvantages to ignoring or violating them. Certain groups need to learn that.

The only privilege that I know of is an ethic of self-control and hard work. With a large dose of appreciation and gratitude.
