The Choir Director is a man, which is a good thing.

It is a fairly new high school, and has an amazing theater (Broadway touring companies use it for their performances) and a Jazz Ensemble that is AWESOME. Their marching band wins a lot of awards, and this is just a Public High School.

A number of my students have gone their and have had a good experience.

Since I went to a crumbling, inner city high school during the turbulent 60’s, I can’t help but feel a little twinge of envy! (But i guess I turned out ok)

Howdy Beachie! 95 degrees here yesterday, Bleech, way too hot for me. Other than getting organized for the move next month not much happening with me. Any big Labor Day plans? My plans are College Football!! I hope your day is grandocious!

ewww, 95? It is too hot but maybe August’s last volley before summer gives it up.

Actually, I believe I heard we’ll have a couple days in the 90s.

Have you found a place yet? Are any of the mudslides near where you are moving?

Got a couple errands to take care of on Friday but going to try to stay home, pay bills, and chill for 4 days (do some writing, fingers crossed).

I’m sure the beachy household (a.k.a Mr. Beachy) will be doing some gaming and football watching for 3 days.
