The MSM and Democratic Party viciously and relentlessly block any and all patriotic black voices from the main stage – that is, anyone touting achieving success and wealth the old-fashioned way, via education, hard work, and morally right choices.

Here's how the MSM and liberal elites control the message. THEY choose the people who are quoted.

In the white community we don't have 'leaders' - we have elected officials. Elected officials are seldom as colorful in their speech as self appointed firebrands... people who give 'great quotes'.

In the Jim Crow south blacks had to have 'community leaders' because they were often denied the vote, or their vote was manipulated in such as way they were denied a voice. That's not the case today. The press clings to self proclaimed 'leaders' - and refuses voice to the majority of elected black officials. Again, dening voice to the true community. (yes, there are blacks who aren't men in their twenties or self appointed 'leaders'...)

The MSM prefers angry blacks. Young angry black men... Why?

Notice that not ONE network interviewed local black elected officials. Or black members of the Ferguson police department...

The white liberal elite establishment knows how to get 'rage' quotes - it's what they're looking for... black rage keeps white liberal elites in power.

When was the last time Network 'news', CNN, ABC, New York Times, or FOX News etc interviewed a bunch of young white men in their twenties for 'rage' comments? Never.

Lloyd Marcus will not have a New York Times reporter come to him for his opinions or views. He can stop holding his breath.

The only thing the GOP should have reached out for was the Constitution, then read it and applied its underlying principles as a rock steady platform. Almost 3 decades of reaching out to identity groups is a liberal thang that has led to the GOP’s demise. The Big Tent kumbaya is a delusional fairy tale.

I must say that Mr. Cain was Mr. Cain’s worst enemy.

POTUS politics is a grinding experience even for someone with a fairly unblemished past. Cain somehow thought he would not be scrutinized for his serial womanizing, maybe because he saw nobama getting a blank check pass.

WHAT WAS THE PURPOSE OF THE FERGUSON RIOTS ?

All this inflamatory reporting of confrontations between black youths and authority is ruthlessly designed to keeping the black segment of Obama’s political support riled up so that any thought of instituting a richly deserved impeachment proceeding goes nowhere.

This regime and its supporters don’t give a damm if some poor black women or anyone else used all their resources to set up a business in those communities only to have it destroyed through blacks rioting resulting from what democrats created through their propaganda. Such blacks are viewed as eggs that must be broken to make their omlet.

That includes the whites,”hispanics” (note quotes) and asians. They are the other victims who have been maimed, assulted, and murdered by blacks citing those Florida manufactured episodes as their excuse for retribution.

This POTUS (president of the United States) signaled the clever direction to take through his use of “The Bully Pulpit”. And continues to rely on the constitutional office of The US Attorney General to conduct activities and investigations which promote division rather than supress it. Two examples of this used in the Florida case were Holder’s support of the Black Panther’s protest activity and the reward for the demise of the alledged murderer George Zimmerman of the “child”, Treyvon Martin. Which got a wink and a nod

With Ferguson beside sending in 40 DoJ prosecuters which remain to be seen what they come up with. (The Washington Post sent in 4 reporters to work over officer Wilson). Holder demanded witholding the devastating release of the video showing the “victim”was a 6 foot 4 inch 295 pound Michael Brown assulting a dimunitive asian store clerk, who was being portrayed as a just turned 18 year old black”kid” innocently walking home to grandma’s house shot in the back by a white police officer, Wilson, just because Brown was black.

That video was released according to press reports by the police chief of Ferguson responding to FOIA (freedom of information act) requests. But had that video been released earlier there was a decent chance there might have not been 4 days of rioting looting, and destruction of property.

The POTUS has yet to acknowledge and decry those other results, of killings and assults by blacks of whites, “hispanics”, and asians, in retribution for what a “white” hispanic did to a black kid.. Let alone be urged to do so by “news” members of the democrat propaganda army known as the media. They have yet to suffer as their victims the same or any conseqences. They like him are being held unaccountable . It’s time both are. .

While the Florida thing was going on nobody noticed what came out of HHS and its resettlement/relocation policies as a means to handle the racial divide. If Obama had his druthers and could pull it off we’d be all living in urban centers taking a street car to work, store, and play living happily together in a utopian setting with our thermostats set at 67 degrees.

They and by they I’m mean that political party which is in name only called “democrat”. There is nothing “democratic” about them. While the riots were going on you had a democrat governor calling for a “vigorous prosecution” and his state police commander marching with radicals flashing signs. With the cops reportedly told, let them riot. As the local state democrat representative repeats the propaganda dished out by the regime.

Not recognizing why this “racial divide” is being perpetuated and designed to seek lofty discussions on racial equality offered from the political opposition on “race” or “justice”.

When they, that includes whites as well as blacks, in print and talk radio, respond with this stuff. They are viewed with glee and laughed at by the democrats because it first of all lends credability to their lying assertions and diverts focus from the real reason why the those in power are using this political device known as division. It’s to keep them unquestioningly in power.

By not challanging the propaganda and effect. They leave open to disparaging discussion and speculation the very basic decency of what is right and what is wrong and the values which reflect on every black citizen.

What the opposition should be doing is pointing this out. Directly telling black Americans that they are being used and should be asking this question; Are You Better Off ?

We had a trusted black friend and employee. He was born in the early 30’s and one day he told me that he was raised with the idea that “the (white)man, ain’t gonna let you be nuthin’ or do nuthin”. So he quit school at 13 and went to work on a farm. He was very intelligent and with an education he could have done anything. RIP Eugene.

Such an academic approach would fail primarily because it falsely assumes holders people operate with similar ethical and altruistic standards as does Western European culture.

Quite clearly their culture is more self oriented, probably because of their history from slavery to the multitude of dangers within Mother Africa.

Why waste time and money reaching out to people who are perfectly happy to live in the Democrats’ plantation and having to “work” one day every other year? Sorry Lloyd, but BLACKS HAVE TO BUY INTO AMERICAN IDEALS FIRST.

You know, I get the whole reaching out thing. I really do. Reach out to this demographic, and reach out to this one over here, and don’t forget these people over there. Democrats do it no matter the cost to society, or this country, and therein is the rub. How can the GOP reach out better than the Democrats, and having reached out for votes, how much further is the GOP willing to go than the Democrats go?

There comes a point when reaching out for one group requires pushing away another. In the GOP’s case, it is pushing away conservatives. So how can the GOP out reach the Democrats without alienating its base? What do black people want from the GOP that is different than what the conservative base of the GOP wants?

Well, let’s see. African-American Black guy wants to see what Conservatives are like. Goes to a Baptist church and finds a receptive attitude. Okay. He likes it. Is invited to a Republican function. ‘s okay. Comes to Free Republic. See’s knuckle-draggers putting down, subtly and not-subtly, his race all over the site. (Or what does the use of Amish mean? And the obvious and unrestrained anger and hatred found in the writings of some Freepers toward Black Americans, especially the numerous go-back-to-Africa-if-you-don’t-like-it posts. And if you doubt me, just watch the responses to this post.)

I worked for a large company and near my office were two black fellows. One of them was constantly letting me know about his blackness. This company would sponsor clubs and he became in charge of the African American club. The company gave them some money every quarter. They would get together, eat African food, and wear African clothes. Even though most were multi generation Americans. This guy came to me and asked, as a white guy, what would I want from his club. I said stop the goofy meals, the greatest value they could bring would be to identify and hire the highest quality African Americans they could find.

Ok, the other African American next to my office never talked about his blackness. He worked. Was smart. Laughed and joked. Always trying to create new value for the company. And he didn’t want to join the African American club. He and I started hanging out. Played golf together. Had family dinners. Talked politics, religion, and “females”. I never thought of him as black, it never really came up. He was a good man and I will always remember his friendship. He moved away, I moved away. We kept in touch for quite a few years. Would have lunch or play golf as we could.

Two different men, two different ways they handled the container into which they were placed.

And we know they attempt to silence such voices because their mission is not to empower blacks, but rather to further their big-government socialist/progressive agenda.
That is perfectly true - but what and why is "their big-government socialist/progressive agenda?” IMHO that gets closer to the fundamental point. Start with what that agenda is not:
It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena
The agenda we oppose is precisely the opposite of that; that agenda is to discredit “the man in the arena” who actually does things, in order to claim superior credit to that which “the man in the arena” gets for his hard work and his assumption of risk and responsibility.

The journalist’s natural inclination as a reporter of bad news is to criticize. That by itself is sufficient to explain the typical journalist's political tendency. The socialist politician simply takes the path of least resistance in making common cause with journalism.

The bottom line is that the journalist, the “liberal” politician, and the “liberal” voter all join together in a pity party of envy of the person with diligence, initiative and self-control. In that context a black conservative is a party popper.
